We loved everything about our stay at Americana! The staff were very informative and polite. The water park was clean and tons of lifeguards which was reassuring. They even provide life vests for little ones free of charge. The room was well kept, clean, and updated. It felt like a luxurious stay and a reasonable price tag! We had dinner at Boston Pizza just steps from our room. Very convenient and ideal for families that want everything in one location, rather than travelling out to get dinner, breakfast etc.
For the price ($400 for one night) the water park could’ve had more attractions or been larger. It was quite small but thankfully just enough for our 4 year old. I wish there was a deal on multiple night stays as we would’ve definitely enjoyed 2 nights if it were more affordable. $400 is quite expensive for a night at any hotel, even with a water park. I will definitely be looking out for groupons and deals in the future as we would love to return!

Room was clean
Waterpark is dated and smaller than I thought. Check in is very late, and checkout is too early.

I like the simplicity and cleanliness of the room
I didn't like the lock door of the room facing at the car park of # 4 entrance or the slide door is broken they didn't change into new one for more secured.

Waterpark
Kids noisy upstairs
3.5
The fact that the hotel is next door to a grocery store.
You can hear everything that happens in the hallway especially in the morning. Breakfast is $20 for children 11 and up, it’s all you can eat but maybe it could be 14 and up.

Kids had fun at the waterpark. Beds were very comfortable, large rooms
The water in the shower wasnt hot enough and was at max, almost half of the arcade games were broken or stole their tokens. No breakfast included, no free coffee or hot water available at reception.

waterpark and resort, spa,
breakfast was over priced. Boston Pizza dinner gave us heartburn.
we stayed for 4 days. no housekeeping was cleaned. we were told to ask for fresh towels and take out our garbage. we were clean but the front staff could have ask the housekeeper to come in and clean when we were at the pool. this was not done.

No need to really leave the hotel, except for breakfast. We didn’t do the next door buffet next door, though I’m sure it would have been less expensive than IHOP
I booked a suite with a balcony through this site but apparently booking.com doesn’t accurately advertise this and there was no reservation for a balcony suite and it was sold out.
So as a smoker I had to go down the elevator and walk 2 endless hallways to find a designated smoking area. No joke. I was gone for more than 30 minutes each time I left. I’m also old, but if you want your exercise, request the balcony suite. even pay extra for this. It’s like a gym membership! They will place you on the opposite end of the building. I also paid over $30 for parking one night! they tax
the parking fee too! it’s probably best to book direct with the hotel and park down the street for an half the price if on a budget. I didn’t find the bed comfortable at all. It was rock solid. The arcade was also empty of reward tickets so no prizes and the machine kept eating our coins without functioning. it was a waste of money and so the kid tantrums
kicked in. Besides the kid tantrums and adult anguish of over priced entertainment and booking nuances, the kids loved the water park. Unfortunately, they haven’t seen the last of us. For some strange reason they want to go back. I just need to sell my first born ( lol jk) before we can afford it again. We would be better off getting a day pass and staying elsewhere.

Beds are not that comfortable but clean property

Renovated rooms, everything sas clean
Staff looked depressed, no one smiled ones, I am surprised because reviews said that they had very friendly staff. The water in the pool was cool, but otherwise, waterpark was great.
4.5
The room was clean and spacious. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
The water park was cold and the hot tub was closed so there was no where to warm up. Even the kiddie pool was on the colder side of warm.

needs updating in the water park
only young kids as “lifeguards” that have poor attitudes

I liked how comfortable the beds were and clean the room was
very upset half the arcade the games were all broken or out of order :(
very loud at night time with people slamming doors. seemed people didn’t respect quiet hours
staff seemed miserable. All the life guards looked like they hated their life. And we’re not friendly at all ! And same with the staff in the concession area :(

water park and good for kids .
nothing much all good

$58 to park for 2 days on top of the $600 room fee was a joke. Why should I have to pay for a place to park on top of my room?
5.0
The hotel was very clean and friendly! The waterpark and arcade was a big hit with my daughter! It is away from major traffic but still close enough to everything you want to see in the area! Would absolutely stay here again!
Loved everything honestly! Don't have any complaints!
