Room: Comfortable bed, good heating, jacuzzi tub was amazing-so relaxing after a full day tour. High speed Wifi.
Ambience & Location: 10-15 minutes walk to the falls. Within 20 mins walk to Clifton hill. Good location.
Breakfast: Hot breakfast which was very nice. One cup fruit salad, one cup orange juice, one muffin, one main course having sausage, bread & egg and a fruit was what was served to us. Tea and coffee facilities are also available in the dining room. Mila was a super host during breakfast and if you needed anything
Room: Was a little smaller than expected (Queen room with jacuzzi, also called The Niagara Room). Door locks needs to be upgraded to higher quality. The walkway to dining room is a little narrow, but this is not a major drawback at all.
Breakfast: Could have sausages also everyday. Of two breakfasts, one did not have sausage. A different variety like scrambled eggs also could be tried. By saying so, I am no way taking credit from them as the food which was served was totally yum and filling

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well-appointed. The king bed was comfortable. We really liked how the owners decorated the home with many beautiful antiques; they went well with the early 20th-century home itself.
This definitely is not a knock on the hosts, since they didn't know that we both recently started having knee problems. The penthouse suite required us to climb up quite a few stairs. Seniors or others with knee pain issues should call the hosts ahead of time to request one of the other rooms.

The check in process was super smooth. Owner was very accommodating of the time around our wine tour for parking and check-in. The place was super cute and super clean! We very much enjoyed the overall vibe of the place.
Unfortunately there was only one time available for breakfast at 9:30 and we had to leave at that time so we were not able to partake in that part of the experience.

i had the victorian room, the bed is huge and there's plenty of space for two. spa bath is clean and is a great asset to the guest house. the staff and breakfast were awesome. it was definetely unusual experience for me and i was surprised by the quality (in a good way)
- the lack of filtered water in the room or somewhere accessible for the guests on the second floor.
- (minor issue) our room seemed pretty dark..

The space was oozing with charm and character. Since it's only a short walk from all the main attractions, we'll definitely make this our "go to" for future trips to Niagara Falls when we come back in the future!
We found it a little strange that shoes weren't allowed to be worn around the space, but we totally get it. People are inconsiderate and it creates less mess. Another thing we noticed (not the property's fault at all) was that there didn't seem to be any way to accommodate to people with mobility issues. The space only had steep stairs to get to and from the rooms. So please consider this when booking a night!

The whole experience was awesome! Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and cozy room.

Very quaint place relatively close to the main strip. Separate entrances for each unit and not much sound carries through the building. Owner was a very nice guy and had a bunch of touristy info arranged in the reception area.
Our bed was wobbly and very squeaky. I sort of fixed it temporarily by shoving folded pillows in between it and the wall, but I was worried the entire thing would fold in on itself (also made sleep a bit difficult initially).

The breakfast prepared by the owner at the agreed time was an excellent start to the day!
The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. The owner also gave us hints on what is worth seeing and doing in the area.

The house and the room was gorgeous. The service was amazing and checking in and out was very easy. Breakfast was more than I expected and it was delicious. We got to meet the owner and he was a delight, I will definitely be coming back

The room was very comfortable, I am not one for sitting still on any staycation/vacation, but I was very comfortable here and managed to relax for a weekend, barely venturing out.
The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, fresh muffins and a variety of breakfast fare for each morning.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed the in room jacuzzi and only managed to fall asleep once in the tub.
David and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Polite, courteous and non-intrusive.
The B&B was located within ten minutes of all the attractions that Niagara Falls has to offer.
We would definately stay here again.

We were there celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary with another couple. We had a lovely Weekend. David was very helpful. The lodgings were lovely. The Staff was very friendly! Could NOT have wanted anything more, but, had we needed anything, I am certain we would have been directed or accommodated! Thank you! Hope to see you next year, same time and place, God willing!
We had NO issues that were negative!

David was amazing super friendly and easy to talk to. Food was fresh and yummy. David always made sure to check if we had enough towles for our stay. Building had a lot of charm and it was a fantastic location.
The mattress needed to be changed out. You can tell that they have been well used. Hard to get comfortable when there is already a heavy imprint on the mattress.
