Great Stay!

I liked the size of the rooms and how clean they were. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Wifi was good. I loved this property and would stay here again.

The hotel is beginning to look a little dated, but this (to me) is a minor detail.

La literie était confortable

Le premier jour j’ai trouvé un cafard donc j’ai réclamé il m’ont changé de chambre, la chambre n’était pas faites tous les jours, la moquette pas aussi propre dans la chambre, j’ai trouvé une paires de chaussettes sous le lit, les allés pas propres, et aussi le petit déjeuner très nul pas de variété et cela ne vaut pas le prix.

Very large apartment, well equipped kitchen. Good location, next to the airport. Good wi-fi coverage. Large and free parking.

breakfast was good. Room was nice sized and comfortable. Location was nice if you were flying in/out.

TV didn't work as we entered the room by it was serviced upon request.

Love the spaciousness that a suite offers. Fully stocked kitchen nice for enjoying happy hour and morning coffee.

Superb

Loved the 2 bedroom suit, great for families. Full kitchen was great as we saved money by cooking our own meals.

The make your own waffles were great, however, a non pork option for meat would have been nice. Went down at 740 and food was almost gone, could have more stations. But over all was great.

Reliably comfortable

Super friendly staff, we checked in at 12AM and was met with a smile regardless. Very spacious suite and decent breakfast.

We were provided with only three sets of towels instead of four, but it was too late in the evening so we did not bother asking for more, small issue.

clean, massive, close to the airport. really great room to house everyone. beds were super comfortable

long way around. found an elevator closer to our door that leads to the car park.

Close to the airport, good facilities and spacious - this hotel ticked all our boxes.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms were spacious and front desk staff really friendly. The coffee was also top notch, which is a huge plus for me.

Our bedrooms heaters and AC units didn't work great and smelled damp/sour when we returned for our second night. The breakfast would be even better if they had included trays to go back to your room with food. We traveled with a young family and bringing up enough breakfast for everyone was very tricky.

Exceptional

Very clean, the front desk very friendly and she knows the area what we wanted to see. Coffee, breakfast was great. A+++.

It was a litlle far from downtown Toronto, but it was fine 30 min. driving.
