A very comfortable convenient place to stay near Toronto.

Checking in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee and breakfast was easy and convenient and just enough for what we needed. We were happy to have access to a fitness center. Check out was also very easy and convenient.

No complaints about our stay at the Residence Inn.

Excellent Hotel

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms and lobby are exceptionally clean. It is a very quiet hotel. Breakfast is excellent along with the facilities in our room.

There was a party in the pool room which made it uncomfortable to go down for a swim. Food was being served.

You charged me for 3 cars when I rented the w bedroom suite and I got horible rooms service

The parking fee per car is ridiculous and I've stayed at your hotel 3 times. And alsed 3 times to get 3.0 usb ports and you don't have any. It's a Major failure that unresolved and reasonable utility such as a usb is more of standard then a wall plug. You don't have any. Tell your staff to stop playing Punjabi news in the breakfast area tv. And get usb ports in your rooms. It's like Mc Donalds not having ice in their sodas. Hotel not having usb ports.

No usb ports and stupid news channel in foreign language in the mess breakfast room

In today's world the hotel ROOM doesn't have usb ports not one usb port and they don't sell usb plugs in the front kiosk. Had to run out 1 am to a gas station and that's a very big mistake for any hotel. We use cell phones and computers and many charging needs. The 742 sqft room didn't have one recepticle that didn't have a usb port. Extremely huge failure. It's like a restaurant with no salt and pepper. Doesn't make sense.

Staff are very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is American style , has bacon , yogurt, fruit etc . Hotel location is little far from airport , but hotel pay taxi fee max $28 when guest get taxi receipt . But shuttle service is needed .

Have stayed here for years

I have stayed at the residence Inn for many years. What I really like about it is it is set up as a home away from home I come with colleagues, and because the all of the rooms are suites, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom, and then the common area sitting area kitchen is really nice very different from other hotels. If you were sharing with folks where you feel like you can’t get out of bed and turn the lights on without waking up everyone in the room there’s laundry facilities staff are helpful and the location is great . Having Moxie‘s next-door is really helpful you can just walk for dinner and walk back to your hotel.

Rude behavior of Receptionist

Liked all except receptionist actions

We booked this hotel ftom 21st Oct to 27th Oct.for7 nights. During check in, receptionist said we need to pay CAD1900. But as per the invoice it is CAD1516. Then she said ok. But due to Sri Lankan banks credit card limits, we asked her to do split transactions. But when we arrive on 25th to our room, room was locked. We were very tired and frustrated. Once we went back and check with the receptionist, she said we need to pay for today, if want to stay. That was very rude for anybody. And they never informed us earlier. Once the payment done we could enter to the room. And after full payment they keep extra CAD50 without informing us. Once we asked they clarify. After check out, they said CAD50 will be refunded. But so far nothing refunded.

Great hotel

The room was very clean, comfortable, Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. Most of the staff where great. The guy at the front desk Saturday, Sunday dayshift was not very nice. He wouldn't let my sister that had fallen at the airport and hit her head entered the room early, he asked her to pay $150 for the extra 2 hours, she sat in the lobby When he left the girl let her in. I have never had that happen with a Meriotte Inn before. I say shame on him.

The way the weekend day staff (guy) treated my sister.

On my next trip, I'm afraid I can't stay here again specifically because of the matresses.

Breakfast was tasty. Location is good.

Shuttle service would be helpful as taxis are quite expensive. Mattresses are too soft. Needed one with more support.
