It was a great stay and would recommend this propertyto my friends.

It was perfect for myself and my 2 teenage grandchildren. There was lots for them to do and explore basketball, kayaking, swimming. The restaurant was satisfying for them and myself. The staff was impeccable.

I have nothing negative to say about this property.

Very nice hotel but disappointing breakfast.

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. The hotel has been recently redecorated and it is exceptionally nice, well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is surprisingly nice with the lake as the central focal point. The gardens are meticulous.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was Sunday morning and there appeared to be only the buffet on offer. No menu was presented to us so we used the buffet. We had a very modest breakfast and the bill came to $92.50 for the two of us. Together all we ate was 2 croissants, half a bagel, some fruit, a small helping of scrambled eggs, and coffee.

We where charged amenity fee ( using the pool ) I assume- they advertise hot tub - not working . We wanted to have our dinner in the restaurant, unfortunately the menu was restrictive

Chateau Vaudreuil more than met our expectations and we will certainly stay there again!

The customer service was beyond excellent! The room was clean and comfortable and the whole place was just gorgeous!

Exceptional

Château-Vaudreuil is an excellent place to stay! The hotel is perfectly designed and comfortably packed with every single need. It was our first time traveling to Canada, and the Château was a pleasing discovery in the trip. The staff are incredibly helpful, tolerant and accommodating to your needs. All our questions were answered with kindness and sometimes were even followed up on after sometime. Of course, the food in a hotel is as important as its stay. However, even here the Château doesn't fail to impress. Incredibly exquisite and appealing, it kept us asking for more! If we ever do travel back to Canada, I know that staying at the Chateau again will be in our plans.

Peaceful and romantic getaway

Lovely property that was tastefully decorated. The room was spacious well appointed and very clean. The bed and linens were all top notch.

The $15 resort fee that was not mentioned in Booking.

Very nice hotel for a special occasion but free breakfast would have been appreciated.

At the price, they could include the continental breakfast and discount at the restaurant for guest staying at the hotel.

Amazing trip away! GORGEOUS HOTEL, staff are phenomenal and go out of their way to do anything more to make your stay more pleasant. Rooms are elegant and beds are amazing! We cant wait to return!!

Gorgeous Hotel on the Lake

The property is beautifully decorated with exquisite decor and attention to detail. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The grounds are very well kept and a beautiful walk along the river. The front desk staff during the day were very accommodating to hold our bags after check out and before we were ready to leave. Had a great conversation with their maître d, very personable!

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t wasn’t open during our stay on a Thursday evening. The location, while beautiful and on the lake, is not very convenient unless you have a vehicle. The evening staff for check in was not very helpful or personable at all which was a rough start to our stay, but the day staff made up for it the next day!

Rooms were modern and clean, the grounds are big and beautiful to walk around in. I stayed there on the night of my wedding and I was a bit surprised that there was no complimentary service or upgrade, because I walked in with my wedding dress. Aside from that, truly a lovely place.
