Le personnel accueillant, souriant, Heures d’ouverture de la piscine et la piscine Lit confortable Le petit déjeuner varié , très bon et le choix de jus La salle au fez de chaussée car nous y avons pris un souper entre amis et jouer à des jeux

À l’arrivée on nous mentionne que le déjeuner débutait à 8 heures alors que cela n’était pas le cas, nous devions quitter à 8.15 heures.. désolant

La désuétude de la chambre…… déception…..

Le confort du lit malgré la désuétude du tapis et le plastique qui couvrait le tapis du corridor en raison de travaux.

La désuétude de la chambre qui ne corresond aucunement à l’image que la chaîne donne d’elle-même dans les médias. Une cafetière des années 80, un tapis de la même époque, un bain qui bouchait, etc….

There was a bottle of water in the room and they have charged me after i left the room without telling me. Not even 1 bottle of water included for the stay.too cheap

J’ai beaucoup aimé la beauté du Hall d’entrée

L’hotel est en renovation et j’entendais les outils jusqua 17:00 chaque jour. Les douches sont vraiment dépassé. Pour une chambre a 280$ la nuit avoir une petite pomme de douche a 5 pied de hauteur rempli de calcaire est un non sens.

They have an indoor pool. The location is good.

When I just walk in, I smell something very strong, feels like a pair of dirty shoes. I think the carpet needs to be washed. The sheets and the covers are good. But the cushions smells some parfums.

It was a place to sleep, close to the mall, but for the price, I will look elsewhere next time.

The hotel's location in relation to the Mall was fantastic.

Breakfast was not included, as this was booked through Booking.com (this was not clear when reserving the room, and I only found out during check-in. This made breakfast for 2 days with my family much more expensive than anticipated) Showers and bathroom finishings were less than ideal. Overall, it just felt very average for 200+$ per night

The mall close to the hotel and not far from everything we want it to visit

Card deactivated all the time, bed cover ripped and fridge didn’t work. Dust on top of the bed where the light was.

no cleaning for stays shorter than seven days, the gym room is a joke

overall good but could be better

the staff were friendly and professional . great location, near the big mall with an amusement park inside which is ideal for families with young kids

the pool was closed for 2 days, very disappointed cause it was the reason why we chose the place. also, on the second day, no change of sheets or towels…we had to request a clean set of sheets and towels. bathtub water drains slowly, shower curtain is rarely cleaned.you will notice when water gets on it…

Good

It was 17 degree in the room, after putting heating, it eventually went up to 18 deg. Not major but still not very confortable, fortunately, i was only in the room from midnight to 7 am.
