They were in Reno but this will only increase the experience in the future

Nothing that I like.
Everything is from front desk to the room ,price , damage deposit, rooms elevator I will never go back there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and this stay will likely be my last. The hotel was under construction, the pool was closed and the atrium was closed with no restaurant or the normal breakfast offering. While this isn’t totally unacceptable the fact that I was in no way informed that the hotel was in this condition is the problem. The quality of the rooms has gone down the toilet seat was damaged ( cracked) and the fridge froze all the food regardless of the setting. The elevator only worked intermittently. The button to call the elevator from the parking level has been smashed and does not work therefore the elevator can not be called to that level and due the the construction the stairs are under there is no railing or lighting in the stairwell.
The staff was as helpful as they could be and the room was clean. I couldn’t expect more from them considering they are working in extremely subpar conditions.

The bed and the location, the atrium area is pretty.
No notification from booking that it was under reno.
The underground parking is sketchy and not even average human height to walk in.
The room is 43 kilometers from the elevator, probably even not during reno
The carpet was dirty
The lights in bathroom didn't work
No bathroom fan for poop smells
There's no mirror in the room other than Right by the bathroom.
The coffee maker and microwave Cords were stretched so long they were bulging the electric outlet and couldn't reach to unplug and move to use.
I asked for no housekeeping as we were only there 2 nights. My toothbrush was moved. My clothes were folded. I told the front desk at check in no housekeeping and I told the front desk in the morning before we left and the housekeeper herself while in the hallway I got a conditioner from her and said no housekeeping.
The conditioner and shampoo are little rectangle bottles that you can't get the substance out of. Hard plastic square and the lid doesn't come off. Very inconvenient
Breakfast is 18 dollars.
When someone is peeing upstairs or down the hall you can hear it. Every. Time. Someone was humping in the shower and the sound was coming through the water pipes.
Oh and the tub leaked constantly , taps are uncontrollable for temperature, and there was no water pressure.

The bed, linens and pillows were excellent. Very comfortable.
The pool was closed for renos but I wasn’t going to use it anyway

Large room, good rate
Breakfast was lacking. Especially for $15 a person. They checked us put a day early and we were locked out of our room after returning in the evening. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

Nothing
No bar no pool no service

Beds were comfortable & room was clean.
Coffee in room wasn't replenished & coffee cream was moldy. I took it down to the front desk to show & she didn't seem to care at all.
Also, hot tub & sauna weren't working.
Our tub faucet in our room was dripping the whole time we were there.
Check out also took long, even though we paid on arrival, they billed us incorrectly, so had to wait to get corrected.

Convenient. Close to everything.
The beds weren’t comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box. Bathtub & sink was not draining well, and it wasn’t 100% clean.

very nicely appointed rooms, comfortable and clean
4.0 / 5.0
Nice ambience and old times feel
They didn’t have a trolley for luggage when we checked in. However, since I had to leave for downtown, I didn’t offload the luggage at the time. When I returned late in the evening, there was still no trolley and the girl at the reception was like…..’I don’t know’ and neither offered or tried to help in anyway. That and the lack of options for breakfast is pretty appalling especially being Radisson. No fresh fruits either, only cut/frozen which did not feel fresh. However, great housekeeping staff and the general feel of the place was excellent and so was the atrium. Definitely recommend though to anyone when in Edmonton

Very comfortable bed
Hallways , carpets appeared very dirty
Electrical outlets did not work. Had to unplug an existing light to charge my phone. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Supplied hairdryer therefore did not work.

the staff are nice
The broken buttons in the elevator, the filthy and stained carpets, the restaurants not open.
the facilities for our meeting were not good.
Replacement of coffee when used doesn’t happen.
No ability to take a bath because they put handicap bars across the tub.
The room looked like it had not been used in a long time for the dust and dirt.
if I don’t pay the over the top price for this room and it’s facilities it will be to soon.
