Terrible.

Location was good , room had no hot water or water pressure for the shower . They switched us rooms and discounted us 20%, the new room barely had hot water as well. When I asked for a rye and Coke with lime at the bar on location they brought me a rye and. Ike with lemons , the second time I ordered I specified rye and Coke with lime they brought me lemons again .

Overall i still gave an 8/10, because I believe in room for improvement and attitude towards guests still counts.

I like that it is surrounded by nearby grocery, convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants.

The management of breakfast for guests. It is the first time that I have encountered with a Best Western facility that is not buffet style/self serve breakfast and with very lengthy wait (20-30 minutes wait) before the food could be served. But otherwise the dinning staff were courteous, considerate and punctual in getting our orders.

Not much made me want to come back.

The location was great for a function I was attending. Room service was quick and polite.

I arrived at check in early (2:30pm) and was told my room wasn’t ready and to try after 4pm. Okay-no problem, I knew an early check in is not always a guarantee. We came back after 6pm and I had to wait in an hour long line up (yes I timed it) to check in. Received my key but when I got to the room, it did not work. Had to wait again for key to be re programmed- only they could t do that. They switched me rooms. Pool was dirty and maintenance men came in to clean the pool deck and sprayed cleaner and then hoses it off and into the pool, while scrubbing dirt? And spraying it all into the pool while my children and others were in it. Gross. Our dresser was uneven and the drawers kept coming open. Long wait for breakfast which was cold and hard when received.

1st and last….

The free breakfast was terrible, they make you wait for so long, they gave food in rations,1pc of bread,2-3 pcs of diced potatoes,1 sausage and boiled egg.. Our room was so hot that we can hardly sleep at all.

Just stay 1 night and get out of there…

Front desk staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel’s location is very convenient.

They don’t payments by using either visa/mc debit or debit card. Just credit cards or cash. ATM next to reception is not reliable. TV didn’t work. HVAC system is deficient.

superb!

i like the price , i like the location, good value for your money! the only thing i didnt like was on our last night, our a/c was having issues. we were offered to move rooms though for better comfort , however i declined because i dont want to go through the hassle of moving our stuff to another room

Great hotel to stay in. I wish there were more employees like Michelle.

It was economical while including a pool and a breakfast. Michelle, worked during breakfast, was extremely helpful to assist my family with getting food to accommodate our food allergies. Michelle was amazing.

The elevator was extremely slow. There was food and drinks spilled in the elevator. The breakfast had very few options for people with allergies and some of the staff were unwilling to be helpful to find ingredients and assist us.

It was decent, but I likely will not choose to stay here again

The staff was kind and my room was clean.

My room was on the first floor, as a woman travelling alone, it felt slightly unsafe as the large ledge outside of the window could be easily climbed on and anyone off the street could gain access into my hotel room if the window was open. Additionally, the fan in the room was not working and the room was extremely hot, meaning the only way I could remain comfortable was to have the questionable window remain open... possibly compromising my safety.

Disappointing

Have to change rooms, booked two beds queen room but bathroom tub was not at all cleaned. There were hairs so staff changed another room.

Staff was very overwhelmed all the time if you call and ask assistance.

Short and sweet.

Price was reasonable, staff was friendly and facility was clean and easy to find. Did not have time to explore the property but it appears to offer a lot.

Rooms were a little bit small. Booked for 4 guests and only had enough bath towels for 3. Had to bother staff to bring another.

Somewhat good

The elevator wasn't fully working, sidnr know they were two of them. The first room I was assigned wasn't opening. The place smells, nor sure why? If they can get rid of the smell and fix doors and elevator, get more stuff at night ( one front desk attendant) as we waited for 15 minutes to be given a room.
