Don't expect much, but good value for money overall

Location, if you're driving. Room was decent. Don't expect much, but good value for money overall.

Not much to dislike. It simply is quite basic but it'll do the job

Good value for money

Nice and simple hotel, well located near the highway and has a few restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. AC worked well, as did the tv.

Rude front desk

My adult son needed to book a room but his wallet had just been stolen so I booked the room for him without issue on a booking website. On the website it asked if the guest would be me, or someone else and I said it was someone else. It asked for the name of the person who would actually be staying in the room (specifying that giving the name was optional). I gave his name anyway. Once we arrived the guy at the front desk asked for my ID. When he realized that I wouldn't be staying in the room myself, he asked to see my son's ID. We both explained that his wallet had just been stolen and therefore he had no ID to show, which was why I had to help him rent the room in the first place. I reminded him that he had MY phone number, CC info, ID etc but he didn't care. I was obviously not impressed and asked for my money back. He told me it wasn't his problem I needed to contact the booking site. I am still shocked at how rude he was. How he either didn't understand our predicament, didn't care or both. I will never recommend this place to anyone not even to my worst enemy.

we needed basic accommodation and that's what we got

no breakfast, just a coffee pot in lobby, coffee wasn't fresh

First room assigned was in poor condition. TV not working, AC not working, a bad smell in room. We asked for different room and were helped immediately. 2nd room was ok. except for a bright light outside room interfered with sleep.

Disappointing

It served the purpose for stay

We did to like that there was no coffee machine in room. The people next to us kept us up most of the night, people yelling loud, banging on the door at 2am in the morning. Food being delivered at 4am. Didnt get much sleep. No one was on at the desk to fix this problem. Next time we will call the police!

Comfort but cash grab

Beds are extremely comfortable and it's in a great location for where I needed it for. The room was clean and so was the front desk area.

Mostly comes down the money and fees for what I didn't like. I originally was booking for 3 people but our 3rd couldn't make it so I was able to save some money. Why for a room that fits 4 people do we get charged more for 3 people vs 2? There is a $200 deposit when you arrive. I didn't see this posted anywhere. This is more than what I paid for the room. I've stayed in the past with my parents, and I believe this will be my final time staying.

Overall was a great value for price. Will stay again.

Rooms were modern and not run down like a lot of budget motels. It was only 8 minutes from the event I was in town for and close to many amenities.

Room was clean but not spotless. Toilet was dirty when we got there. Lucky we had lysol wipes with us.

For a last minute booking it was a low price and clean!

No breakfast offered, only coffee. This was no issue due to restaurants were close by. The rooms were available for our group last minute booking. A fridge and microwave included. Rooms were clean.

The bed needed to have more support in the middle.

Medicare accommodations, with terrible customer service

dirty room, terrible staff, damage deposit not returned for reasons with no proof. sheets were dirty from having put out bag on the bed and the they said there were cigarette butts in the garbage, which was only because we didn’t want to throw them on the sidewalk outside after smoking.

Disappointingly expensive for little or no services.

It was a bed for the night.

No coffee in the room. We had to walk outside to the office to get a cup of coffee that was cold. Imagine doing that in -40 C. I found two clumps of hair on the room's floor. No dining facilities

Did the trick for what we needed. Wish the staff was more understanding.

We needed a place to sleep and shower. I did the trick.

We couldn’t find the staff to check on. It was late when we did and they weren’t very understanding about how long we stayed. We needed more time, considering the time we checked in. They made us pay extra for less time. There was no food or breakfast, even though the site said there was.

They ripped me off for $400 and then told me to leave! 💯🤷‍♀️ Horrible place.. i wpuld give it a 0 if i could.

Everything.. especially the manager. Miserable human being and super ignaorant.
