Would stay again

This is our second stay here and we like the location and it's proximity to the mall. The staff are very nice, especially the young man who works on the front desk. He is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating.

Not enough parking in front of the hotel, they have bigger parking somewhere closer to hotel but walking back in the dark was not comfortable

Convenient location. Basic needs met.

Because we stayed for 3 days. A little bit of variation would have been nice.

Some supplies for purchase would have been appreciated. A vending machine with basic things. Like Tylenol or any personal item. Our child got sick and having something on hand to buy would have helped us so much.

old and outdated, air conditioning didn’t work like sleeping in a sauna. when brought to the staffs attention they just said I will let the department know. no house keeping between the the night there.

just a quick simple stay without breaking the bank

it was a nice quick stay, the room was good the staff we dealt with were good

the room we had, def had issues with hearing laundry and a broken pop machine

easy place to stay if you just wanna be close to the mall

nice and close to the mall, hotel itself didn’t have much traffic.

the tub would hardly drain, the carpets were dirty, only microwave in the building is on the third floor. pop machine out of order

was very good until the staff had ripped me off my money! I have all the receipts I will never be staying here

Great location but parking and beds are fair.

Location was great as across from West Edmonton Mall

Parking lot is small and had to park across the street at mall overflow parking... beds are hard as a rock.

Towels were a bit old and worn. Hot Breakfast would be nice. If you could turn the cold box Breakfast to a hot one it would kick it up a fee notches.

Family trip to West Edmonton mall.

That they allowed pets for a nominal fee. It was great location to the mall. The staff were very friendly and if there were any issues it was dealt with quicly.

It was dated and some things in the rooms were not working. Of the 3 I booked the 1st room had no working lights or plugs on the wall the beds were on.
