Beautiful hotel and hospitality
3.5 / 5.0
The hotel has a great location and the beds are comfortable. Staff was kind and tried to look for solutions to problems. The room had a coffee machine and some amenities.
The AC was very noisy and the fan was loud. The pillows were really bulky. These things made it hard to sleep.
There was mold on the ceiling over the bathtub.
In order to get to the pool area, you need to go down a few sets of stairs. Not accessible at all.
The confirmation email said the room had city view/sea view, but our room was directly across from a concrete office building. After talking to the reception, we were changed to another room with a nicer view.

The room had big beds and nice view. The floor we were on was quiet. We were able to check in early. Access to the tunnels around down town were great for the rain
the pillows we all the same size and too thick. much too thick. Having some thin soft pillows in the mix would be a good idea. The air return in our bathroom rattled when the heat kicked on.

The lobby was grand, great location and charm
The pool needs to be cleaned, there was a very noticeable layer of scum around the border of the pool.

The entrance and lobby were beautiful, the concierge (s) were exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated looking, but perfectly adequate. I appreciated the Decaf coffee and the real creamers for coffee.
The room could use a bit of an update, but it wasn't terrible. I didn't know that parking was at an extra cost, I asked if it was available and i wasn't told it was an additional fee.

Location for downtown was great for the price. 175 is an acceptable price and you’re within walking distance of anything. Shower is great and bed is beyond comfortable
Parking is tight and small suv can barely navigate parking garage. Elevator was down as well.

The bed was ultra comfortable. The mattress was perfect and the sheets were soft. I found the pillows to be too puffy., And our housekeeper brought me a smaller pillow the next day – which was perfect.
As I mentioned before, I found the pillows to be a bit too puffy. I also found the Corredor on the fourth floor, where we were to be a little too dark. It seemed a bit dreary. Everything else was terrific. Housekeeping was great. Your front desk staff were very pleasant and our breakfasts were great. Thanks for everything.

Great location, staff, great view, nice bay window in room with 2 chairs to enjoy it in. Really good food in the hotel restaurant, Gio
Furnishings, decor and bathroom showing signs of wear, room a bit small for 2. Pretty noisy at night due to nightclubs below the hotel. on the harbor side

Love the Prince George, great location, great staff.
It's always a bit pricier than you'd hope for what you get.
