good location in market square near restaurants and pubs, nice boardwalk, facility very modern
you get dinged $18 a night for parking, maybe that was stated on website but not sure; little to no on-street parking; if there was any breakfast we were not told; getting to the site is a challenge; maybe Hilton can work out a deal with the city-owned parking garage to reduce the parking fee

I liked the bed and the amount of space in the room. I also liked the guest service texting my phone.
The room was placed right across from the elevator which was very noisy, lots of teenagers yelling and kicking things, as well as the vents were extremely noisy until we called maintenance to come help. Then it was turned off. The shower head is way outdated as well.

Bed was comfy, location was convenient.
Meals were expensive. We’re used to getting a complimentary breakfast and free parking. The restaurant on site was encouraged but no mention was made of much less expensive places quite close to the hotel.

Convenient location
The room was very dusty. You'd wipe all the dust off your tablet or phone, then 5 min later everything was coated with dust again. We believe it was the air exchanger. The windows were very cold to sit by and had a lot of condensation. There were a lot of leaks from the storm. Buckets everywhere on the parking level. Bed was ok. I believe this hotel needs major updates. Oh, and no free WiFi. You have to be a Hilton Honours member. Which I am, but just a heads up to anyone that isn't.
Otherwise, it was quiet after the hours posted, staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is awesome for uptown events/shopping.

Close to venue we were attending
Because it was a concert night same room that was 149 every other Saturday, was 278. Price gouging.
Restaurant was poorly staffed .we were there before 2 large groups and were overlooked for ordering food even though we had told waitress . We left for concert without supper as they did not even take out order after that! Went to front desk and let them and she made it sound like we were going to be fixed up for inconvienece took room number said she definitely should say something to Manager about poor service. As we found out next day she said nothing
Rooms are old old old.peeling wall paper, dirt in corners in bath.
Toilet wasn't wiped down looked like urine on base.
No fridge in room. What hotel room doesn't have that!?
Next morning to our surprise as well breakfast was not included and a ridiculous price of 23.00 which then ended up being 60 for 2 of us bringing room up over 300 then add on the 18 for parking.
The concert was good so that was the main good thing about our night, certainly not the hotel.
Terrible value for money

The location was perfect, beds were comfy, staff was friendly and it was clean!
A little outdated, some things in our room were old and worn out (the headboard was the first thing we noticed)
Could have been a little nicer on the eyes for the price.
Wish the parking was able to be validated as well.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable room with a great panoramic view of the port. Excellent facilities, very good value. Great staff. Extremely convenient location.
Everything was great.

Located close to restaurants and downtown
8th floor window was so fogged over with trapped moisture we couldn't see out the whole stay.
$18 a night just to park... what a nice surprise. 👎
Pool was on sub level... so kinda dank.

The location of the property is excellent despite current renovations to the waterfront area adjacent to the hotel.
The check in process was quick, perhaps too quick as the front desk clerk didn’t even let us know what time check out was. There was four of us in the room, as I let them know, however we were left two towels to shower and waited 20 minutes for more towels. The room phone did not work to phone the front desk, the one headboard had a patch scraped off of it, the chair had seen better days (fraying, etc). The room was definitely not up to par for a Hilton (we had stayed at the Hilton in Quebec City the night before and it was a much better Hilton hotel).

We liked the size of the room. The bed king size bed was comfy and clean and the location was very convenient.
Mutiple walls and doorframes had stains on them. Parts of the wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall. The main large window shelf was smashed open. Mutiple things were really shotty in the washroom! Wallpaper, tub was tiny. Water pressure wasn't good at all.

Comfy beds, great view from #719, fantastic location. Convenient all-enclosed access to parking garage, shops & restaurants. Some folks had breakfast provided. We didn’t. Not sure what the magic words were. Buffet was definitely not worth $20!!!
Room Definitely not worth almost $900 for 2 nights:
The bathroom in unit 719 was subpar. Black (mold) around the tired-looking bathtub, the shower head had its own mind on how it liked to spray, the tub wouldn’t drain properly so you ended up standing ankle deep in your own filthy water. No exhaust fan in bathroom left it feeling constantly damp & humid. The shower curtain was filthy and stained. Paint and wallpaper peeling. Overall did not feel clean even after taking a shower.
Pool was in a very warm, located non well-ventilated room that reeked of chlorine, and you had to go through it to get to the uninspired gym.
Ad for hotel showed pay-per-view movies: that was non existent. Good thing we brought laptops to access streaming services. Had to watch TV independently from each other.
Door lock stopped working randomly. Daughter couldn’t open door from inside, I couldn’t open door from outside. Took about 20 minutes for guy to get there & use his manual key.
Hotel needs more luggage trolleys!
A/c was hit or miss - couldn’t get the fan to stay on to circulate air. No windows that open so air felt very ‘canned’, humidity streaks on double-panes windows. Had a few asthma attacks :-(

The view of the harbour was great!
The room was dirty. Not my first time staying there and finding that. Pool heater was broken, water was freezing and they didn’t let us know when we checked in. Not a lot of pride of place for a Hilton.

It's been a long time since I stayed at such a terrible hotel! The smell is really bad, like a musty odor. Nobody replaced the shampoo when it ran out, and it takes a minute for hot water to come out of the faucet. The heating system at night is so noisy it's like a haunted house! I spent 10 minutes trying to get the free Wi-Fi to work, but had to use my own hotspot in the end! And to top it off, they charge $280 a night and don't even include free breakfast! The towels are as stiff as boards! My only question is, has the hotel management died or something? Why haven't they been fired?! To be honest, it's a joke that a hotel like this charges $280 a night! I suggest Hilton Group clean up their management!
