Un hotel muy acogedor

Gute Lage um alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Netter Empfang, gute Tipps zum Parken, die preiswert, aber aufwendig sind. Gutes Frühstück.

Je ne recommencerais pas cet hôtel.

Le cachet patrimonial apporte du charme au lieu.

Les installations étaient d’une propreté discutable. La salle de bain, en particulier, n’était pas très propre. Les murs étaient tachés de traces brunâtres (excréments?). De plus, il y avait de la moisissure, en grande quantité, juste au dessus de nos têtes lorsque nous dormions. L’eau froide ne fonctionnait pas et la fenêtre ne tenait pas ouverte. La chambre était ridiculement petite et il y faisait chaud. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir aérer, mais la fenêtre brisée nous en empêchait.. Le déjeuner inclus était une vraie catastrophe!! Pain pas frais et de basse qualité. Pas de choix de fruits, yogourts tièdes, fromage et charcuterie qui semblaient avariés et peu ragoûtant , café dilué. Nous avons dû déjeuner ailleurs tellement c’était immangeable alors que nous avions arrêté notre choix sur cet hôtel en partie parce qu’ils offraient le petit déjeuner.

Rats, pas d'employés et angoisses nocturnes, bienvenue à "L'Enfer de Paris"

- L'emplacement est sympa et central. - L'hôtel est joli.

- Le chauffage a été allumé en plein mois d'août, et la personne séjournant dans la chambre a été surprise par la chaleur intense et l'odeur de poussière brûlée. La chambre était de petite taille, et son sac était très proche du radiateur, ce qui l'a inquiétée quant à un éventuel risque d'incendie. - Il est important de noter qu'il n'y avait aucun membre du personnel de l'hôtel disponible la nuit pour résoudre les problèmes qui sont survenus. - Dans une autre chambre, la personne séjournant a fait part de la présence de RATS. Oui, après les punaises de lit et les coquerelles dans les hôtels, l'hôtel de Paris innove avec des GROS RONGEURS.

Maybe the only thing I liked was the breakfast

they took my credit card information I don't know how and paid without asking my consent, my friend's room with my money. after asking for an explanation they told me that they called the bank because I had a non-Canadian credit card in the reservation, the next morning I called the bank and they confirmed that they never gave info to anyone. Back at the front desk the new excuse was that they had taken the information from booking, but that is not possible because I had not put my Canadian card or any other card on booking. Thieves. old hotel that is asking for reconstruction + poor staff

- didn't receive invoice at the counter and neither after reminding them via e-mail - although the hotel is in a need of recontruction, I was asked to pay 200 CAD deposit in case we break something - I'm not sure what exactly there is so valuable

Für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Badezimmer sind in einem extrem baufälligen Zustand , die Sillikonfugen sind komplett schwarz, der Duschabfluss ist teilweise verkrustet, der Duschvorhang ist teilweise braun bis lila vor Schmutz, die Handtuchhalter sind schon lange abgebrochen, die Bruchkanten sind verrostet. Im Frühstücksraum stand über mehrere Tage ein alter versiffter Herd, das Personal am Empfang ist freundlich, das Personal am Frühstücksfufett teilweise komplett überfordert. Über mehrere Tage hinweg war kein Reinigungspersonal auf dem Zimmern, Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert.

Un bon point pour l'ensemble du personnel. Il sont à l'écoute et essaient de faire au mieux pour vous donner satisfaction. Quant au manager, il semble être conscient de l'état de son établissement mais n'apporte pas de réponses favorable à vos requêtes.

Chambre 45 : lit trop petit pour deux personnes, la salle de bain est très petite et la plomberie ( pomme de douche ) doit être remplacée car en très mauvais état. Le sois disant parking facturé 40 dollars la nuit ressemble plus à un endroit pour y stoker des containers à poubelles. Les escaliers de services pour se rendre à la salle des petits déjeuners ne doit pas voir l'aspirateur très souvent. La moquette de l'établissement est dans un état très dégradée. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Good photos - nothing like reality.

The location is great, the building architecturally speaking from the outside is beautiful. The lobby area is pretty. They provided a decent breakfast of coffee, eggs, bagels, fruit and juice. The breakfast room needs a lot of renovations.

It's nothing like the pictures online, tiny rooms, noisy rattling AC and quite dilapidated. The queen bed in my room was tiny. Okay for one person but no way for 2. It is a beautiful building and a great location but needs a lot of work to update it.

I will be back. I highly recommend for those who don't have an issue with steep stairs.

Breakfast was amazing and the ambiance was outstanding! The soothing Parisian music with an authentic European style buffet breakfast was something to look forward to in and of itself.

There are a ton of steep stairs to get to the front door and your room. We went up five flights of stairs, hauling our luggage and there are NO ELEVATORS.

Overall, an enjoyable visit that could have been improved in specific and measurable ways

Breakfast was lovely and location was fantastic. Loved the authenticity of the stay and it’s ambience. Staff were helpful as best they could be and friendly.

The parking communication was terrible as was it’s adequacy. I paid for parking and on the last night had to park on street because staff couldn’t move the car that taking up all 3 spaces. Should be refunded for that night. Having fresh towels as an option (not every day but twice over 3 day stay is not too much) and clean windows would also improve the stay. The facility is much too hot and needs better ventilation.

Mice, that was the main problem. A mouse was running freely in the breakfast room. That aside, and not the hotel's fault, but be advised that traffic on Sherbrooke starts around 3 AM and is quite loud.

I booked for a superior room!! and they give me the best sheet room on the last floor and the last room!! it was very cold room with no Wi-Fi but on the booking I have everything!!!

Beautiful, clean hotel centrally located in pleasant neighborhood, but very loud.

Very clean and well located.

You can hear every step anybody above you or in the halls makes. Any time somebody above you drops something on the floor you will hear it. The doors are heavy and make a very loud noise whenever shut. It will wake you when people near to you on your hall or above you shut their doors. Internet didn't work. Breakfast could be better in a city of so many wonderful bakeries and markets.

Location was great. Near by metro stations and bar.

Room was freezing, toilet did not flush. We had to change rooms, this one was a little warmer. Thankfully on the top floor because the first floor and basement was freezing. Breakfast was not celiac friendly. Customer service was poor.. couldn’t even provide us with a fork when we ate at 6 pm..
