Great Place By Waterfront

The Royal Anne was even better than I expected from the pics online. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright with the huge windows. I was in an upper room so had a great view out to the water and mountains. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great - especially loved the fresh fruit. And only a couple of minutes walk to the waterfront 👍🏼

The outside fan noise was strong when the balcony door was open but the good thing was the windows were soundproof when the door was closed.

I love staying at this Hotel. It is so convenient and good value for money.

Nice atmosphere. Rooms were spacious. The staff friendly.

My room was near the lift and there were a few noisy guests loitering there. It was a Saturday night.

Fantastic value for our off season stay. Great location.

Fantastic breakfast. Inviting lobby and very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

The noise travels through the hallways and from the street. Kind of felt like people were right in your room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location excellent.

The bathroom basin was small and would splash water onto the vanity .But this was only a very minor issue as the hotel was excellent value.

Very good value and location.

This hotel has an excellent location downtown Kelowna. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Housecoats in the room are a nice touch. The sauna was also nice.

The soundproofing is not very good in this hotel. Doors slamming are apparent at all times. In the early morning, garbage pickup was very loud, even from the 4th floor. Bring ear plugs.

Nicely updated, close to stores, restaurants, waterfront, activities etc. Breakfast was basic, but decent.

Good facility, good location, good value, virtually no parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location. Continental breakfast was typical. The coffee was good.

There is very little parking. I was told to check in early if I wanted a space. I was there at minimum check in time (3pm) which was already much too late. I had to park in a parkade a block and a half away and hope my vehicle would still be there the next morning. I don't recommend driving to this hotel unless you are okay to park in the city parkade

We love staying at The Royal Anne.

The 'continental' breakfast was beyond continental. Eggs, fruit, bagels, hot and cold cereals, pastries.....it was amazing. Prospera Place is within walking distance. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants in downtown Kelowna. Free parking in their underground lot. The room was great with a mini fridge, coffee and city view.
