Lovely place, would stay again but on a other level

Great facility, clean and well stocked.

Lower level deer suite is incredibly loud when there’s another guest above. The loud footsteps above, all night were difficult to deal with. Would have liked access to a smart tv- as an option, particularly on rainy weather days or when children are present.

Exceptional

Great place to cook own food. All the amenities were available for cooking. Great facility and the sunset view from patio was amazing. Spent most of the time on patio which was spacious and well set out. The place even had outdoor heating. The host was very nice and friendly.

The main bed was too soft and had to pay extra $140 with 4 additional people for 1 night. It seemed bit costly.

Nice place, close to nature, but still close to town.

Kitchen and bbq available. Friendly and inobtrusive owners live upstairs. Easy to find. Close enough to town- and just far enough too! Large space- Would have been great value with the whole family if they could have come.

Could use better pillow. Could also use better soundproofing- can hear every chair scrape and footstep above us. Entrance/picnic table/outdoor area being under a deck isn't greatest either but the view still nice.

Superb stay in fantastic location.

Great architecture and layout. Nice outdoor space, including hot tub. Attention for detail in everything. Friendly and helpful hosts.

if your outdoors person you would love it

the view over looking the city was beautiful and the host where very helpful and extremely pleasant .

due to the location it was a distance from any stores it was a 25 min drive out to grab anything , didn’t get a chance to enjoy the patio there where wasp nest all over so to have dinner outside nor sit and relax was t an option . Because of it being a lodge there where other guest that had children so we heard screaming children outside next to us very early in the morning so didn’t give us a chance to sleep in past 730 am both night we stayed

Great location to Myra Canyon bike route. Nice studio unit in fine condition with great views. The owners were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use a secure lockup area for our bikes.

There was nothing we did not like.

The room was perfect. Loved the view from the "Eagles Nest", the quietness, able to attain peacefulness from the porch and being able to experience the same view while lying in bed. Great place to escape the daily grind.

Only thing...acrobatic requirements and clunking of body parts on the low bed frame/edge as we climbed out of it in the morning. The mattress and pillows weren't bad though. 😀

Respectful, friendly staff in a scenic setting.

Beautiful property. Spacious suite. Very private. Option for outdoor or indoor dining was nice. Staff were friendly but not intrusive.

Some suites are more scenic than others. It is advertised but I didn’t realize until after I’d booked.

What a gem!

This place is great. Superb setting, amazing accommodation, and the property owners really look after you. The suites are superb; the views spectacular. Amazing local trails.

The ranch is a prefect staycation spot for some R&R in nature with spectacular views.

Rolf and Kathrin were great hosts! The place was immaculate with full privacy and great views. They even baked a cake and left it in the suite for my fiancé's birthday! We will most certainly be back, hopefully with more guests when times permit.

To no fault of the place, our fridge died on the last day there. Wasn't a big deal, as we were able to load up our cooler on the deck to use nature's fridge.
