Meh was so so

The pool was closed and the room was not cleaned each day. We were told they don’t clean rooms for 2 night stays

Comfortable bed. Good water pressure.

No breakfast when i went down at 9:30. Just coffee.

Lovely sleeping area but the bathroom was a bit worn looking. Not really an issue though.

seamless, had everything we needed, had a good sleep

people on the front desk efficient & helpful. we had sent a message asking about an early airport shuttle & they booked it for us. we had a very early flight, and the morning desk man had hotel breakfast all ready

we have stayed there before so no surprises

Room was large, even for a two queen bedrooms. Breakfast was good for the price, eggs and fruit, coffee, milk, etc.

Not Happy

It's pretty ok for an Inn. It has a fitness center and a swimming pool. The location is also good. Staff are friendly and very responsive.

Furniture and fittings are super old at the reception. Looks so fade and dirty. Rooms not cleaned for 5 days due to shortage of personnel. You need to Book room cleaning 24 hours ahead, which is absurd. Rooms are infested with dangerous Bugs. Lazy Breakfast. Noise disturbance from upper floor.

I like the ambience of the hotel, very clean and close to the airport. The Airport Shuttle Bus is a plus.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was boxed and there are no varieties to choose from, like cereal.

The location was awesome. Even though it was near the airport, very quiet. There was a Tim Hortons and a nice restaurant (The Keg) in the same parking lot. Huge room.

The Internet kept going out, very frustrating. It seems minor, but there was a fake plant in the bathroom. It could use a good blowing of the dust off. The fake dirt was gray.

I was generally happy. I did not like the breaking. Or the way it was presented

The breakfast could have been better. I found it rather tacky to be handed a plastic container upon checking in, and being told that is breakfast. I have stayed at other hotels that a very good breakfast was sent. Buffet style. Bacon eggs pancakes etc

Location, cleanliness and staff were top notch. Lack of breakfast and shuttle service disappointing

Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous Room Was very nice, spacious and clean.

Shuttle was not in operation as stated in the write up. Breakfast was not really available. Only coffee and a few oranges, apples and bananas.

Will never go there again. Old and far from being a free park and fly. Not worth the price you pay.

Bed are comfy.

That hotel come out in the park and fly research but you have to pay for parking for every day that you are not there. Pool is closed and they don't advertise it on the website. We were told that the airport shuttle was broken for last week but it was still there in parking, not to a garage. They didn't even send it to repairs so we had to pay for taxi. The laundry room, the dryer was broken. Carpet in halls are used and old. There is a door to get out on parking side but the system to open the door is not working so if you get out you cannot come back that way. You have to walk all the way to the entrance. The parking that we had to pay for was blocked with snow. We get lucky to get a spot to put the car because someone get out but all other spots had at least 2 feet of snow and there was no big downfall of snow since at least 7 days.
