If not so poor breakfast its very good but unfortunately all summary only good

Location Nice style and clean room

BREAKFAST is something ridiculous need sent all from Canada to Europe to learn how supposed to be a breakfast (cheapest bred, some boiling eggs, coffee worse than Tim, some bananas and mandarins and that's all enough) I don't understand what reason to offer breakfast like this at all No teeth bruch and paste

The desk staff at check-in was friendly & helpful. Lobby area clean & updated.

Selected this hotel for pool however it’s closed for repairs Room smelled musty. The morning desk manager was miserable, ignored us in the dinning area at breakfast.

The room stinks like old cigarettes and mould.

Although the price was lower than other hotels in the area you really need to lower your expectations when staying there.

Firstly, the room stinks like old cigarettes and mould. Secondly, the walls don't seem to cancel any noise as I was able to hear my neighbours' tv on all the time which really disturbed my sleep. Moreover, I didn't feel quite safe as the room was on a ground level with a balcony without any extra lock. Additionally, I would be cautious in the evening as it is not the nicest area and you might see some junkies around.

Not at all what we expected.

Location was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room smelled musty because the carpet was wet. TV didn’t work-required help from staff. Phone would not call front desk-required help. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Breakfast was minimal at best. Pancake machine didn’t work-required help. All in all, it was a frustrating stay.

Basic and clean but underwhelming

Location was great for our needs close to many restaurants

It needs serious updating and maintenance. Though clean, it looks like many repairs have not been professionally done. The “gym” is not. It’s a room that you can barely turn around in with 3 machines and no free weights.

attentive staff explained how to adjust the thermostat in our room. Staff gave us driving directions to our venue(s) in Kingston.

Kleenex box was almost empty. Could hear noise from hallway and upstairs.

Not worth the money.

Room was not clean and especially the water pressure is very low. The breakfast was not what I had thought. Had to go to Starbucks and got myself drinks and breakfast. Also, the pool was closed an hour early then they said it open. And the hot tub is gross filled with hair and stuff that shouldn’t be in there.

When in Kingston again, I will definitely book with you. I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Our room was extremely clean. All staff that I dealt with were courteous.

If I had one recommendation it would be to fix the ceiling above the pool; it was in poor condition and needed repair before some of it fell and hit a patron using the pool. It really is a safety hazard.

Worst stay ever!!! It is so noisy you cant even have a 10mm nap without having to deal with the noise!! House keeping goes until 7pm they dont give a sh... on their guest. When we called reception they were like it is what it is!! Would really not recommand!! And the line for they poor breakfast was incredible they give you boiled eggs from the fridge!!! They add water to their juce i mean if you read before booking just skip to the next one it is so over rated!

The room was clean and fresh. Front desk was very welcoming. There was quite a good variety for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the having the patio door in the room right out to the car. Made loading and unloading much easier. Overall a very nice hotel.

The pool was very cold, same with the hot tub/ jacuzzi. The pool over flowed into the hot tub making it cold.
