It was nice overall and quiet

The room was nice and comfortable.

The door of the room was hard to open or close. My husband had to use force to close it. The hairdryer was defective. I had to go buy one for myself to use. The staff was supposed to check it, but they didn't replace it. It should of have more plugs in the room.

Very good

The location and staff were wonderful. The coffee in the pool lobby was a nice bonus, as was the in room kureg.

There were some candy wrappers under the beds but overall it was a good experience and we would stay again.

Inexpensive, but dated, you get what you pay for.

Being attached to a Dennys made breakfast fast and simple. Location is good for quick access to 401 to get to various locations around the city, but not ideal if need to travel into town center.

Layout of room was strange, especially the bathroom. Toilet was so close to the wall it couldn't conformably be used, actually had to walk to the public toilets near the entrance most of the time. Depending on the room assigned, could be a long walk for the simplest of things, especially if guest has mobility issues.

paper thin walls, tiny bathroom and terrible flush on toilet, very noisy until late into the night, varying prices when booking after initial confirmation received, bad pillows

Very unenjoyable stay. Kids screaming all weekend.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Denny's in the hotel had very delicious food and very nice staff, it was very convenient for a good breakfast.

There was a whole little boy's hockey team on our floor. They were playing in the hallways screaming very early in the morning, and the whole weekend. They also rang our doorbell multiple times (before 8 am). We told the staff and they did absolutely nothing about it. It was very disappointing and made it a very unenjoyable stay for us. We will not be returning to this location.

overall, good however found a pill in our room which is very dangerous as we brought our dog. luckily I always check eve

having the dennys located in the hotel.

if you’re in the 1 building you have to walk outside to get into the other for the pool.

We were there late just to sleep so it served the purpose.

Hotel is in need of some repairs. Staff were very nice. Great location, close to the 401, restaurants, shoppers and a Dennys restaurant is located inside.

It’s just an older hotel.

Very enjoyable and would stay again!

Location was great, beds were comfy, my extra pillow request was met. Everything was great.

The door in the bathroom swings off the track slightly, may be better to use a different type of door rather than a barn door. Also as a female checking into a hotel, having the receptionist say the room number aloud is slightly alarming, so I would recommend staff to not say room numbers for safety.

Breakfast was a grab and go. The egg sandwich was very dry, not edible.

Breakfast was not good. Everybody in my party complained about the bathroom. Barnstyle doors were awkward and bathroom was too small.

Decent.

Good location, affordable, modern style rooms, and comfortable beds. Nice to have an option for a pool. Lots around that area and just off the highway.
