Weekend trip to see family.

Location is convenient next to shopping centers and walkable restaurants. Rooms very spacious and clean.

Parking garage is not connected to the hotel but the walk wasn’t bad.

Cozy, clean ,comfortable place to stay. Good getaway hotel.

Great location. Beautiful, clean room(King room). Nice lobby. Very nice staff. Modern hotel. Lots to eat in walking distance. (Sushi, Fords Garage, Rock &Brew)

It’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Sign every where no smoken/vaping/marijana. Hallway to my room smelled of marijuana. Security guard in lobby just sat in his phone and didn’t check floors.

Excelente hotel en Plantation

Nuestra estancia en Sheraton Suites fue excelente. Desde el trato de las personas en recepción como en restaurante fue súper perfecto. Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas y hacían la limpieza diaria muy bien. El desayuno muy completo y muy bien preparado. Además de que pensaron en los mínimos detalles durante nuestra estancia (por ejemplo escribir un saludo con nuestros nombres en la televisión de la habitación). Sin más, si tienen la oportunidad de venir a este hotel no lo piensen dos veces! Un agradecimiento especial a Chantel por su excelente trato en la recepción cuando hicimos nuestro check in!!!

It was a good stay. I will choose this location again. It needs some updates furniture wise.

The location has several restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The parking could be a hassle but thanks for us there was never an issue. People are constantly leaving in and out.

The location was perfect. Everything is nearby for quick access to Whole Foods, Costco, hospital, etc…

I would to see the carpet replaced with wood flooring. Especially since the hotel is pet friendly.

Great Value

Nice and roomy. Included a sofa, chair, desk with chair and second TV. Very clean with comfy beds and pillows. There was a very rude customer trying to cut inline but the clerk handled her perfectly! I believe her name was Wendy is a great people person.

Great place and we will be back to stay there again when visiting family!

The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra sitting room separate from the bedroom. We opted out of housekeeping each day and they gave us a $5 gift card each day which we used for coffee at the in house Starbucks each morning which was convenient. It is located in a nice area with nearby places to eat, shop, etc. The lobby was lovely and the staff helpful.

I do not use the elevator and they have no internal stairs to get to your room. This was the first time I experienced this but I found it is not the only place like this in Florida. It was an inconvenience but they were very accommodating at providing security to let me in to the building stairs from the outside.

Overall it a great stay, but some things need tiding up to include the breakfast servers.

Breakfast was great, but the server took a while to serve us and give us back our check. He nearly forgot to return my credit card too.

The air filter in the room was dirty and the accumulation of dust triggered my allergies.

Cassandra and staff were the perfect combination of friendly and professional.

the bartender should have returned my traveling companion's debit card and she should not have had to provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope for its return. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax

Be Aware that Sheraton Will take money from every pocket that you have without say it.

I just Sleep at the bedroom.

1.-Book through Priceline.com and found out that was through booking.com making me look like a fool at the time of reviewing my reservation issues. 2.-Priceline.com charges the credit card, also the Other card that I leave for incidentals charges the full room rate and is more expensive. (286$ at Priceline with card number 1 and 379$ for the room on card 2) Also, they have nerves then send an invoice that clearly says Prepay room and for 306$ 3.-45 Min at 1-877-477-5807 nobody answer 4.-Chat tool Useless (They say Limited access)(why you have this tool?)
