It was a good time as always.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Ft Lauderdale. The rooms are clean ,the staff is great and breakfast is pretty good.

Ok.

Spacious room, decent shower. Room was equipped with microwave, coffee machine and ironing board.

The property is a bit old and not as clean as we expected.

Very nice hotel, rooms were nice and clean.

Unfortunately, the beds were horrible. Very rough sleep because of how hard/firm the mattress was.

Too expensive for what it offers

It’s a good location for us pre-cruise if we want to do some outlet shopping. For anything else I wouldn’t recommend the location.

The hotel needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms. No space to put your items, they are very small. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I remembered it and all the pillows were hard as stone. Didn’t matter if it said ‘soft’ or ‘firm’.

Great breakfast but uncomfortable stay

Breakfast was good, it was a full buffet.

The property was outdated, the bed was too firm for me so I was not that comfortable. The furniture in the room was scratched up and maintenance had to come and wiggle the cord to get the tv working. Not enough parking spaces, parking was horrible, good thing I wasn’t alone and could be dropped off at the entrance due to a injury if not I would’ve had to walk the block.

*Of the 3 days of staying there the 2nd day the pancake machine was out of order. *The ice machine was out of order so if I wanted ice I had to go on another floor. *There was no body wash in the room.

i enjoyed the location and the grounds were nice, the hotel itself seemed older but was not in disrepair like so many older hotels

i did not like the lack of charm in the halls second tower we were in, and the lobby area

The rooms need renovation. The furniture looked shabby and worn. The bed was very uncomfortable...

totally missed breakfast. Sign was so small that i did not see it ending at 9:30

They had never received the booking.com request as I had booked a room before and I cancelled and rebooked again I had to request the front desk and book a new room altogether This is the 2nd time that booking from this website never reached the hotel

Okay, but the rooms needs upkeeping.

Ideal location, close to the mall and other shopping stores/ restaurants.

Cleanliness was an issue, was not properly cleaned. During our eight day stay the room was vacuumed only once. The staff was not friendly they seemed not motivated to work.
