Fun spot, good value, casino was very playable.

Overall, a fun place at a good price, casino and attached bar were fine, dealers and tables were friendly and enjoyable, breakfast was decent, always appreciate a comped such, and the place itself was close to a few good places up and down the highway.

No complaints, lot of stuff for kids and families, but quiet hours kept things in good shape.

The fun water park

The age and shape of the water park. One slide was out of order. The other was slow. The hot tub was out of order. The buildings and rooms need renovations. The breakfast was not not very family friendly.

Good

My son loves the waterslides! The room was comfy, lots of room and having the balcony was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection of mediocre food.

We wanted a first floor room but we're told we couldn't even though there were open rooms. Even if it would have been an additional cost- we were not informed. The front desk guy just said "it doesn't work that way". We are at one of the restaurants and the kitchen forgot/lost our order then when we paid cash the bartender asked "how much change would you like?". This was rude and unprofessional. Hot tub was closed and the waterslides didn't have enough water so we had to paddle down. But, still lots of fun

We had a very pleasant time. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Had a very good sleep both nights. Waterslide was fun. Pools were clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Atmosphere of the lobby was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The drapes in our room weren't hanging properly, so made it hard to open and close them. The tv was hard to figure out, but we didn't watch much anyway.

A family friendly location and amenities for when we need a little get away.

The location and facilities are excellent, and my kids really enjoyed the waterslides! The breakfast was also very good.

It was unfortunate for us that the day we arrived was the day that someone had thrown up in the main pool, and it was closed for cleaning. We still had a great time on the waterslides though. I was a little disappointed that there were not any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch in our room. I had booked the room for five people and based on the fact that there is only a king size bed, and a double pull out couch, I figured it was obvious that we would need to use the couch. When I called the front desk to ask for some, the gentleman apologized and said that they may not have realize that the couch would be used for sleeping arrangements. Also, I could only find one washcloth when we need it for. Unusual but they sent sheets and pillows an extra washcloths up right away.

Never staying there again!

Close to the highway.

Desk clerk lied to me. Did not get the room I booked. Room was filthy(have photos). Almost run over in the parking lot because there were no lights.

The kids enjoyed the water slide

Friendlier staff. More breakfast options, and more made on days there is more guests. Our second morning we went to eat at 9am and all the food bins were empty

Great location

NOT clean. Unaccommodating breakfast staff, rudely asking guests to leave. In fairness, 9:30 am had arrived, the end of breakfast, and they did not want the family visit to continue. No other place in the hotel for family to visit, this being a funeral gathering and four rooms had been booked for family from other locations to connect. still, not nice. without a waterside, there would definitely be no return visits.

We took our own pillows and housekeeping put one pillow in the decorative pillow case that is on the bed. It took a day for them to find the pillow and silk pillowcase.

we’ve stayed here from time to time in the last 40 years & not much had been done as far as upgrading it.

located close to the mall so enjoyed that

Great place to stay, just outdated

I'm glad they fixed the pool/waterslide temperature. That's what makes it worth staying there. And it's in a good location. It's close to anything you'd need.

It definitely needs some renovating, especially the showers/bathrooms.

If there wasn’t a rad pool there wouldn’t be a reason to stay.

The pool and slides. Quick hot water in the shower.

I generally don’t write bad reviews but I just don’t get why this hotel is rated well. There were just too many little things that let us down. -The continental breakfast was the worst I have had. (cold weird eggs with sort of a pudding texture, obviously cheap sausages, cardboard waffles). Maybe bitching about free breakfast is lame but a little ‘give a sh*t’ goes a long way. -The beds were terrible. A few layers of cloth on springs. -Only 1 spare pillow for 2 queen beds. -The c-shaped shower curtain rod was loose, so sort of hung down and the shower curtain would open up from both ends multiple times during a shower. -Very loud and yappy dogs down the hall, even well past quiet time. (Maybe not entirely the hotel’s fault). -No smart TVs. Couldn’t cast from my device. -Too few chairs by the pool. Most chairs were clearly assigned to the room they were outside of, so were not really available for general use without it being really awkward.

Superb

After a long day of travel, we loved all of the amenities available on site so we could just stay out of our vehicle for a while: nice restaurants, pub, small casino, gift shop for late night snacks, comfy beds and a great kids zone: 2 water slides and a small pool. breakfast was good as well!

our door was open when we arrived. our room had a negative energy and creepy vibes my 2 year old son woke up screaming something touched his leg. was hard going back to bed after my kids kept saying they seen something. the water slide steps smelt like strong urine

In need of a big reno.

The location

This was once a good hotel, but it is going to take millions to make it a decent hotel again. The waterslides are delapitated. Chose the hotel cause I thought it woulf be nice to go for a hot tub but most of the pool facility is no longer running only the waterslides. The bed was old and you could feel the springs. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor so made putting on makeup more challenging.

Will never stay at this hotel again.

the facility is dated. Slides are starting to fall apart. mattresses are older than I am and paper thin. Had to move rooms and call maintenance multiple times about malfunctioning equipment. Water damage in bathroom visible and not treated. It was terrible.

Fun get away, we wouldn’t pay more for it that the discounted rate we paid.

We loved the water slide and pool. Great location

Lack of availability of pool towels, hotel seemed understaffed at the continental breakfast, things were constantly running out and staff weren’t aware in order to restock. It was very busy and only two staff seemed to be working the front of house in the restaurant area. They were pleasant and accommodating, they just needed more help.

Won’t be back.

Convenient location.

Some of the desk staff was rude and tried to charge me twice for my room. Deposit on room isn’t put back on your credit instantly. No hot tub, loud past 11pm and gross breakfast.
