Bad housekeeping

Location and breakfast were good.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower was dirty with visible grime and there was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom vanity. The first room we got didn't have a mini refrigerator. All hotel rooms should have one. We will not stay here again.

The air conditioner made squeaking noises throughout the night, which kept me awake The sheets smelled like body odor in certain areas ,makes me question if they were cleaned The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, I’m glad I brought my own

The breakfast was very good also liked that breakfast was available at 6am everyday including weekends. Also appreciated that the room had more than just one chair to be exact 3 chairs.

The drain in the tub was extremely extremely slow. The water from the shower head was awful. It barely sprinkled a few drops. The shower was just horrible!

We shall skip Hampton Inn in the future as the price is high for the quality of stay offered.

Parking was easy. There was an ALDI Market & a Burlington Store within half a mile.

During our 7 night star, we were given a connecting room on the 6th floor. The corridor was very noisy before and even after midnight. There was practically no sound insulation at the door. Worse, we could here all the sounds and noise from the adjacent room. The breakfast was a disappointment too. (Compared to what other Hampton Inns we stayed before)

Exactly what I needed after a long long flight in to Boston.

I liked the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the place and the breakfast. I checked in late and found the front desk person to be very kind and professional. The breakfast and the dining area were the best I've ever encountered.

I found a spot to park but it was difficult. I know it was late but there were only a couple of parking spots available.

I liked the staff

I booked a no smoking room because I have asthma. Another hotel guest decided to smoke pot in the hall and the smoke came our room. I started having trouble breathing and had to leave. We had to find another hotel to stay at.

Perfect location to avoid the chaos of downtown Boston

We went to a sold out concert at Gillette Stadium and although the traffic to get to the venue was terrible, this ended up being the perfect location to stay away from the madness of Downtown Boston. It also has on-site parking.

The bed is the standard hard bed you typically get at a Hampton Inn

It was clean, and the bathroom was nicely remodeled. There was a free, hot breakfast with a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a safe area.

It’s a little shabby around the edges, but it was clean.

definitely not worth the money, just look around at other hotels nearby

Location is good

Inside is old. Dated. Ceiling is low. Bed was small and too soft. Room interiors are old, dusted, carpet was not clean, bath room very small, if use toilet the bathroom door can’t open, shower water was very small. We stayed there for 3 nights. Breakfast was minimal. Sky 109 was really loud. Kids running around at night. Don’t know where the high rating came from…

Convenient location, not great on cleanliness.

Proximity to my desired location.

Parking lot was full, had to park next door, and when we arrived police were on-site and walking through the hotel. When we got into our King room with sofa bed we found it to be pretty small for modern hotel standards, with limited space for luggage. We also had several ants in the bathroom along with dark hairs of varying length around the bathroom. And even though we had requested accommodations for lodging for 3 adults there were only two sets of towels (the staff brought us an additional set upon request but this could have been prearranged).

Great location and close to Boston.

I really liked the area! There was a mall right across the street and a good Mexican restaurant down the street. I like how close the hotel was to Boston. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included, and the dining room where the breakfast was served was a nice room.

It would be nice if there was a pool and a hot tub.
