Overall a wonderful experience

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room with great accent furniture.

The doors slam on their own which causes disturbance whenever someone entered/exits their room.

Located perfectly for our purposes. In a busy area, but set back and quiet. Fabulous restaurant just feet away.

Great modernized hotel with great beds!!

Super modern and updated. Pool and the rooms were amazing

No microwaves in the rooms, no buffet breakfast

Modern, Trendy and Welcoming!

The Hotel was very well maintained. Very modern and sleek. The location was great; lots of places to choose from to eat and located just 10min from Natick Mall. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great perk as we were traveling with our boys. The outside lounge area is a great space- had it been warmer outside or the fire lit we would have made more of an effort to enjoy that space.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. My only suggestions to improve the hotel would be adding a microwave to the rooms and to add curtains to help darken the room more than just the blackout shade they currently have in place.

Great place to stay, don’t expect much from the room

I love how modern the hotel is

The room felt bare and the lack of things on the wall (pictures/paintings) made it feel more like a dorm room than a relaxing hotel room.

Would stay there again due to the cleanliness

Very clean, comfortable bed.

I didn't dislike anything but this hotel is VERY modern in every way. Not cozy but I am sure a lot of people will like it.

Good place for post flying recovery before driving further into the country

Good place to rest after crossing Atlantic and managing to drive out of Boston car hire centre. Great eating/drinking place next door

A comfortable place for a lay over.

The room was clean, modern, a good size, with crisp linen and good soundproofing. Lots of surface space in the bathroom and individual bedside lighting.

For some direct access from the highway is a good thing but for those of us who like to walk places it's not pleasant. That said a decent American style restaurant is steps away.

View from window was of ac roof.. I was asked what floor I wanted but not about view...also pool not open till 10am..

Bar downstairs except for not being allowed to have sound, Convenient to get around locale

Not enough towels and toilet paper in room had to ask for more, Concrete floors hard to walk on noisy from above floors and cold, Could not control the air and temperature in room, Didn't like charge for breakfast, Dont keep coffee available past 10am, Staff ok but dont go out of their way and had to go downstairs to get towels because staff diesnt speak english,, Could use in room microwave, In room refrigerator only a chiller not a frig, Not enough space to hang clothes and unpack, In room couch awkward would be better with desk and chair, Not enough charging stations
