The room smell like cigarette smoke and on last day of our stay, the roof was leaking water on the desk and items we had sitting on it.

Staff was great and location worked for our trip. Breakfast was good kids enjoyed. Room was good with desk,frig,and microwave.
Was told by booking. Com that the pet fee was waived by email. Hotel did not honor email. Had to pay $79.00. Beds could be more comfortable.

The room was nice
Everything about guest relations. We booked the hotel in the morning as we changed our flight from Boston last minute to beat a storm. I got a confirmation from the booking site saying we were all set. At 2am standing in line for a rental car I got an alert on my phone that the booking was cancelled. I called the hotel and had a terrible experience sorting it out. The woman at the front desk was trying to rush me off the phone. She was very dismissive telling me that my card had been declined. I don’t know if she was looking at the wrong booking, but she told me my MasterCard had been declined. I don’t have a Mastercard and used a Visa to book. But she has no record of that and pretty much just said “oh well, that’s too bad”. The whole thing was an extremely frustrating experience after a long day. We weren’t able to get to the hotel from the airport until 4am and we called to ask for an hour late checkout. We were told they couldn’t grant anymore late checkouts, which is completely understandable, but the woman came across really rude which was off-putting. We were hurrying to get out by 11 and at 11:08 got a call telling us to get out. I work in customer relations and I would be fired if I ever dealt with a client this way. The room was very nice but you could not pay me enough to stay at this hotel chain again. Shameful and disappointing.

Well , when the breakfast person (who speaks NO English. I tried ) and in charge watches you like a hawk, it's a bit uncomfortable, I had 2 teenage boy and a husband. They eat, hence the reason we book a place with breakfas.. Sorry I made 6 waffles.
The guy who workes at night. I think Bal is his name, best employee at the location.
