Buena ubicación, fácil acceso

La habitación solicitada era para 6 personas. Tuvimos que usar el sillón cama. Muy incómodo . Colchón bajo y con resortes sueltos

Cheap place to stay but have some guts to stay

Close to everything, five minutes aways from any convenience store and restaurants

No housekeeping cleaning the room , kitchen & bathroom has molds

Lo recomiendo al 100%

Todo estuvo súper!! La ubicación es excelente! Tiene cerca los parques, Disney Springs, gasolineras, restaurantes, centro comercial, entre otras cosas. El desayuno que ofrecen estuvo muy bueno. La piscina súper limpia y el personal es muy atento y servicial.

When I reserved this room it said they had warm breakfast and transportation to Disney. Once I got there they said they haven't done the transportation since covid. The the breakfast was coffee and a donut, if you got there before they were all gone. I thinking booking.com dropped the ball on updating the web site about this property. I will be going back to expededa

Needs some work.

The location is great, close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly. The size and offerings of the rooms is great - kitchen, couch, big closet, big fridge. The price was also very reasonable.

For starters, I did not get the room I had booked. I booked a 1 king bed room and received a room with 2 beds. I was only staying for 1 night and a solo traveler so no reason to make a big deal about it. The room itself was pretty dated and not as clean as I was expecting. At first glance it looked fine but on closer look, you notice more things. The light over the bathroom sink kept flickering, one of the lamps next to the couch did not turn on at all, the curtains did not close completely so there was a gap where they met in the middle which wouldn't have been an issue if this wasn't a first floor room right next to a pathway to the pool.

Nice large room, very clean, very pleasant staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond/p

The breakfast could have been better. I understand the breakfast was a grab and go but, I do think they could have put forth a little more effort in the selection other than a cup of coffee, a pack of oatmeal and a packaged muffin.

It had a funny smell in the carpets. And when you label something as a suite, I expect more than 1 room. I don't expect 6 people to sleep in 1 room. That's considered something of a studio and no privacy

Good location, near restaurants and most famous theme parks.

The hotel structure is old, but in general the stay was within expectations.

We will never stay here again!

We didn't have breakfast at this establishment. My husband walked down to grab some breakfast to go, but decided not to upon seeing how dirty the facility was. Also, the breakfast/kitchen area is being used for storage.

We didn't like the entire establishment, aside from the gentleman who checked us in. The room we had smelled like a wet dog/wet carpet. There were cigarette burn holes in the couch and random places on the floor. Everything was just dirty, even the corkboard hanging on the wall above the kitchen table was disgusting. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night as the bed seemed to be the cleanest place in the room. In our opinion, this facility is due for some major updates/improvements! We will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again, EVER.

no hairdryer iron leaked heater wasn’t warm and it was cold outside. no trash can in kitchen. the amenities not so great free breakfast was breakfast bar or muffin.

The bed was really comfortable and location was within reasonable distance from Disney. it’s a fair good choice if you’re traveling in a budget

The location : close to Disney Spring and Disney theme parks Kitchen in the room : the hotel will rent you pots, pans, plates and other necessities for cooking. great for long stay

No pool available : They should have announced that before people making a booking. It’s “under renovation” they say, but no one is doing anything and the pool seems to be in a good condition. everything lacks about this hotel is all due to “under staffed” so they must have no staffs to maintain the pool and they decided to close it for a fake l “renovation”. I had very disappointed kids. Grab & Go breakfast : It was the saddest breakfast counter I’ve ever seen during our 2 week road trip. See the pic for only things offered in the morning.

Only thing I likesd about this property is the staff and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly.

The website said breakfast but they do not have hot breakfast. They only offered me a granola bar, and a teabag.
