We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Las Vegas, and will also look for these properties when we trav

The property was in a good location for us (just far enough from the strip, but close enough to get there within 10 minutes), the property and rooms were extremely clean and well taken care of, and they had one of the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. And the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group, and made us feel like we were staying at home instead of a hotel.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

A fiasco. I am seeking reimbursement by means of disputed credit card charged. Booked thru 3d pty

Pull out bed was cheap and unusable — springs poking in the back. I left minutes after seeing this and found a better hotel. The fact that your hotel would allow the use of such junk is disturbing.

Great value. We would stay again

The room was spacious and had everything we needed it was clean my children liked the breakfast.

One AC unit in the room was broken. It blasted cold air and would not turn off with the power button. It was too late and we were too tired to call The front desk. Also my husband and I thought the beds could be more comfortable.

todo excelente

todo súper lindo, la habitación y el desayuno es espectacular y me dejaron ingresar antes, todo súper bien lonque si es que hay que tener auto si o si por comodidad

y que aveces no hacían la limpieza d ela habitación ya que lo hacen por la tarde y yo estaba ahí y no pueden entrar a la habitación cuando está el huésped

Nice hotel, but less of an 8.7 and more of a 7.0

Liked that the breakfast included sausage patties, home fried potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, toast, egg muffins, and cereal. Plus coffee, teas, juices and milks. Likes that the bed was soft and comfortable, and the AC worked well.

Didn't like that the scrambled eggs looked like they started out as powder. Didn't like that there was debris on the motel room floor when we arrived, indicating housekeeping didn't vacuum or did a poor job of vacuuming. Didn't like that the property didn't not sell beer, wine or any alcohol from their convenience store. Did not like the smell of Marijuana smoke in the hotel.

Definitely had a great time. The place was very clean and I look forward to returning.

The location was great. I really liked the room price as well as the breakfast in the morning.

Exceptional

Free of charge transfer from the airport. Next day we have to pick our car from the rental company and rentals we just walking distance from the hotel. Very spacious room with fully equipped kitchen. Nice, typical american breakfast (although if somebody expects vegetables in hotel breakfast in USA, might be dissapointed;)) Fruits and coffe provided 24/7 in the reception.

We waited for the shuttle bus from 10:35pm to over 11 :00 pm. NO SUTTLE BUS from Homewood Suites Las Vegas Airport!!! By the way, that day was cold and windy. Finally, the driver from Homewood Suites by CITY CENTER helped us. Thank you so much that driver !

Different than expected.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was redirected to this hotel during the Booking process from the tru by Hilton, which is next door. I only noticed that I'll be staying in a different hotel than the one I originally sought out when I was at the reception of the wrong hotel. So the description and pictures did not reflect the hotel I ended up in. Therefore, I think the price was a tad too high. The breakfast was okay (American style), but not great. Lots of plastic cutlery and dishes in use, which made me wonder why Booking suggested this hotel as having a Level 1 Sustainability rating. Pool was closed during my visit.

I liked the size of the room, the condition of furniture and household appliances corresponds to reality. The room is very clean, there were necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is standard, but better than in other hotels (especially omelette). Next time I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

We should have gotten discount on the room. Very disappointing!

The pool and Jacuzzi are/were not available, we were not informed that when we booked. Also, 2 of the 3 ice machines did not work. Tried to get coffee at 9 AM, they were completely out. A previous guest must've thrown some thing up against the wall in our room, it was still there during our stay. It was not cleaned up prior to us checking in.

Just like home with perks.

Location very close to expressway but far enough that you didn’t hear noise. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. Having Breakfast available made start our days a lot easier.
