Location is good.
Shower drain backed up, toilet didn’t flush well, screen was broken. Not too bad just not as good as the one on las Las Vegas Blvd. Just didn’t like this place

Hotel was clean but worn.
Awesome location for the convention center.
Friendly staff.
Water was only lukewarm. Never did get hot.
The furnished hand soap was gritty, paper thin, and didn't really clean.
There weren't any cups in the room for water.
The bed was hard.

The location was perfect close to resort world, the conventional center and strip. There’s a restaurant next door, A Ross clothing store, Walgreens, 711, Denny’s, Peppermill restaurant, McDonald’s and taco spot within 3 minutes from the hotel. Reasonable price and no resort fees.

It was really terrible for us to get in the room around 10:20 Pm as all the entrances of hotel were locked.
Also, they didn't pay attention on our request for arrange 4 rooms near by..

Location and the security that did the check in for us. Very orofessional and very helpful, better than a receptionist.
The morning receptionist was not nice when talking to us.

Love the refrigerator and microwave plus short distance of walking
I liked everything

It was nice & quiet, not directly on the strip but close enough to walk. There was a Ross and Walgreens nearby. The lobby and rooms were modern and roomy. Rooms had microwaves, refrigerators, and all the basic necessities. Our beds were comfortable. The staffs were nice & attentive. We would stay here again! :)
I noticed my feet were black and dirty after a while. They only had stairs, which was challenging with a lot of luggage and kids (wished they had elevators or escalators lol). The parking was only one way in and one way out, and was kind of tight. The doors outside the buildings did not lock like how it was supposed to - no card key needed to get inside the hallways to the rooms.

The staff was pretty friendly and super clear on the different information provided.
Also the location is phenomenal - 2 min from the strip and close to everything. It was also pretty cheap which is great in Las Vegas!
the room is not super clean, my toilet door was broken and it doesnt seem that the carpet has been cleaned for years.
In addition to this - it wasn't super quiet - you could hear everyone entering or leaving their rooms

Staff friendly, stored our luggage safely for a few hours before and after check in/out, quiet atmosphere
Safe in room didn't work.
Asked several times about late check out, told "none". When it came to the last day, said for $30 can extend 3 hours. Why not say from beginning?

location was very convenient, walking distance from the strip, with some shops and restaurants around, and a bit away from the craziness of las vegas. room was clean.
the room was ground floor right onto the road, where there was irregular noisy traffic all through the night. The swimming pool was closed. there were no utensils at all in the kitchen.

The worker was kind
We reserved a king size bed with à kitchen and the "manager" downgraded our reservation without telling us anything we discovered this at our arrival.
The hotel refused any refund and told us that there were no other room possible than a basic room with a little bed with Just anougth place for two
The bed wash unconfortable and make a lot of noise.
The look of the room is far away from thé reality !
The bathroom was ugly and not working proprely ! The shower was to little my head was above the water !

I was there for an event at the LVCC and the location couldn't have been better. Parking and kitchenette included. Heavy drapes blocked light and dampened noise. Staff tried to be helpful. They accommodated early check-in for a small fee.
My request before arrival was: "Quiet, non-smoking room." but I got neither. Despite the property saying it's non-smoking and a $250 fee for smoking in the room, my room had definitely been smoked in. (Smell, cigarette burns on tables & counters.) I was also given one of the very few front-facing rooms on the busiest street. When I got to the room and requested a change, they said that was the only available room. It was noisy all night long, both nights I stayed there.
I was there for business and needed to plug in laptop and phone chargers, but the only available outlet was on the counter near coffeemaker & sink. When I complained they brought me a non-grounded extension cord (Didn't work since my devices have 3rd prong for grounding.) They later re-arranged my room to expose one outlet below the TV at the foot of the bed which was manageable for the rest of the trip.
Tub/shower didn't work well. Tub's porcelain was peeling, hot water took over 3 minutes of running water non-stop to get warm (next to "help us conserve water by reusing linens" sign.) Tub water pressure was great, but when diverted to shower it was weak. Available parking was far from room through a poorly lit, sketchy parking lot at night.

AC / Heater was too noisy. Requires maintenance.

The check-in process was really smooth and the ladies at reception were super helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, we were given a quiet room as requested. The little kitchenette was really helpful for a longer stay. Loved the daily doughnuts. Will definitely stay in room 104 again. The hotel is a bit older, and a bit dated, but everything is functional and working.
Nothing really. Maybe just some cups and cutlery for rent as the kitchenette is great but you will need your own cutlery and plates - we just used disposably.

Room was really comfortable, price was affordable and it was close to everything (a short walk to the strip, with a bagel shop just next to it, and a diner close by). Free parking was available on premise, so that was a great bonus.
There was a not-so-nice smell in the corridor. The bath tub was really old with paint chipped off. Faced a few issues with my reservation, where they saw that my reservation was cancelled (it was not), and then when they fixed that, they thought that I was leaving 3 days early. Finally, when I wanted to check out a day early, they did not give me an option to edit checkout date to refund that extra night.

Rooms were big and spacious with very comfy beds! Pool was brilliant, seemed to be the only people using it so never too busy! Easy to check in/out. Great air con
Our room came with a kitchenette but had no plates/cutlery or cups. Coffee maker was not the best. Great other than that
