I would never vacation with you again!

We liked the breakfast and some of the workers.

I just can't believe that our room had roaches. When taking a shower, the water would fill up the tub and not drain, and the phone in the room didn't work we couldn't call guest service. I went to the first desk to explain this to them and the situation and all they said was we can change your room are give me a 15% return of our money back smh at the Embassy Miami we paid too much for our room to have some many problems.

Ansprechendes Hotel und Zimmer, verlässlicher kostenloser Flughafenshuttle, schöner Pool, bezahlbare Getränke.

Missgestimmtes Personal, 1 Handtuch- und Bettwäscheset hatte gefehlt, war aber nicht schlimm.

Le lit est confortable et la proximité avec l'aéroport est très rassurante Le petit apéritif quand nous sommes arrivés était très agréable

Les machines à laver ne fonctionnaient pas Je ne sais pas quels produits ont été mis dans le jacuzzi mais cela a décoloré mon maillot de bain et celui de mon amie Nous avions la peau et les yeux qui piquaient alors ils devraient faire attention à cela On nous promet des navettes jusqu'à l'aéroport mais il y en a seulement toutes les 30 minutes à partir de 9h30 ce n'est pas assez

Mejorar la recepción

Las instalaciones muy cómodas.

El caballero que nos atendió en recepción. Muy déspota, no se explicaba bien y hasta nos grito. Era de más de 50 años, latino , siendo que nosotros igual somos latinos no tuvo ninguna deferencia. No así la señora que nos atendió al check out, ella era muy amable.

Es un hotel bueno, si estas de pasada y no vas a durar mucho ahí.

Las habitaciones estaban bastante amplias, con sofacama como se ve en las fotos, un pequeño comedor y una pequeña cocinita. En la habitación, estaban las dos camas confortables, con su baño limpio y en buenas condiciones. El desayuno estaba bien, típico desayuno americano, servido tipo buffet. Incluyen pancakes, huevos, tocineta, salchichas, bagels, pan de sandwich, english muffins, omelets, cereales, cafe y frutas con yogurt. Pienso que es una buena variedad.

Mi queja de la habitación es que la alfombra estaba muy sucia, cuando caminaba descalza, terminaba con los pies negros, muy sucios, igual que si andaba en medias, las medias se curtían demasiado. Además, el aire dejó de funcionar y terminaron cambiándonos de habitación. Otra cosa del hotel que no me gustó, es que los ascensores estaban dañados, solo funcionaba uno del lado de las habitaciones y eso hacía que se hicieran tapones y las personas se desesperaran. También no me gustó el trato del front Desk de una persona en específico, que cuando la necesité para hacerle una simple pregunta, lo que me contestó fue que tenía que hacer la fila.

Blisko lotniska

Ciekawa architektura budynku. Okna mieliśmy na wewnętrzny dziedziniec oraz z widokiem na lotnisko, ale po ich zamknięciu jest nawet cicho, samoloty nie przeszkadzają. W zamian za to blisko do lotniska, co miało dla nas znaczenie. Miłym udogodnieniem był bezpłatny bus spod hotelu na lotnisko. Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że chętnych może być wiele i wtedy trzeba dłużej zaczekać, aż wróci.

Przyjechaliśmy samochodem, nie było informacji, czy możemy podjechać pod wejście, zostawić bagaże i natychmiast odstawić auto do wypożyczalni. Trudno trafić na przystanek autobusów miejskich - nawigacja gubi się (ale to wina nawigacji nie hotelu). Śniadania przeciętne, ale dopiero w droższych hotelach standard posiłków jest wyższy.

We were very pleased with our stay.

Long line for omelette was worth the wait. All the food was plentiful and hot. There was an abundance of everything.

We stayed for a couple of days and did not get any room service, no clean towels or trash removal.

Wasn't pleased!!

The outside is very old and dirty, the inside looks better. Our toilet didn't work after the first use. The shower water pressure was low. The vibe, people was very nice. The front desk was super rude and Everytime we asked for something, they didn't have it. Customer service was the worst. Old building, probably wouldn't stay again! A low 3 rating!

Customer service was rude at the front desk, location and outside need improvement super bad. 240 a night for this hotel when other hotels are more modern and in a better location!! Wasn't pleased at all!

BUEN HOTEL, MAL ATENDIDO Y PEOR GESTIONADO

Personal de recepción fatal, escaqueándose de mandar la Van para el transfer del aeropuerto a parte de los huéspedes que nos alojábamos con MENTIRAS. Igualmente dijo que el parking era gratis y no fue así. La piscina extremadamente sucia llena de gente bebiendo alcohol, comiendo pizza dentro del agua, superando cualquier aforo lógico y (además) llena de bolas de pelo y suciedad flotando!. No lavaría con ese agua ni mi coche. Respecto a los ruidos de aeropuerto y tren nos lo imaginábamos.

El hotel muy bien, los empleados de recepción turno noche mal.

Muy bien ubicado, la habitación perfecta.

Los empleados de recepción nos trataron muy mal, necesitábamos pedir comida ya que el hotel no tiene nada para cenar ni lugares cerca para comprar y habíamos llegado a las 9pm luego de un vuelo de 10 horas. No nos atendían el teléfono, tuvimos que bajar a la recepción y nos trataron mal. La verdad fue decepcionante y nos quedamos sin cenar. El desayuno y los empleados que asisten el desayuno son excelentes! Deben mejorar los empleados de recepción.

Fairly good 3 star hotel nearby airport area

The pool is nice. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is okay, although the choice is not so broad—good egg station but for the rest just plain. Free drink, happy hour.

Checking in did not go very smoothly because I got into this dissatisfying conversation with a guy from the reception who I felt was not too friendly. However, the manager did her best to solve the issue (an administrative matter). Airplanes noise but that's what you get when you book in this area, just to be prepared, you hear the planes on and off.

Good. Very good location for us.

Proximity to Airport and Breakfast was pretty good standard.

The free shuttle service was not up to standard. It was meant to be 24 hour shuttle from and to the airport. We were delayed in Houston because of a storm so we phoned the hotel and shuttle of our delay and they said no problem just call us when you land. We tried calling them several times when we landed just after midnight but no answer. We had to take a $20 cash taxi. Thank goodness because we didn’t know how else to get to the hotel. The late night reception guy said the shuttle guy must’ve been sleeping. Not helpful when we had flown from New Zealand and were super tired and disoriented. We also had problems going back to the airport a few days later at 5am in the morning because the driver had sleep too long. There were several of us waiting this time with tight flight schedules and he finally turned up 15 minutes late.

The Breastfast was good. Love the omelet station. I also like the complimentary drinks in the evening.

There was a loud noise all night like rattling pipes. The water turned off in the middle of the shower two nights in a row and then turned back on. The loud planes going over the hotel most of the night and the loud train.

La chambre était magnifique, l’accueil était super, le petit déjeuner est complet, salle de sport correcte. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, vous pouvez disposer d’une navette pour vous récupérer /déposer à l’aéroport.

Peut être rajouter des crudités dans le petit déjeuner proposé.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room any of the days we were there. Called for towels the second day and nobody ever came. Had to walk around the hotel to track down a housekeeper. Also, found two roaches on different days in our room!

Good place to stay for the day before going on a cruise out of Port of Miami.

We used the shuttle service provided by a 3rd party through you to go to the cruise port. They were very professional and got us to the port safely and quickly. The late day drink and snacks was wonderful and breakfast at Embassy Suites is always great.

Shuttle did not arrive after a 45 minute wait. Extremely hot so we ended up taking a taxi.

Établissement magnifique, proche de l'aéroport, parfait pour une escale avant de vadrouiller!

Suite très spacieuse, très bien équipée avec 1 chambre séparée. La literie était très confortable, même le matelas du canapé lit dans lequel ma fille de 16 ans a dormi était un vrai matelas ! Les fenêtres sont très bien isolées car nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des avions. Le déjeuner était fabuleux, très divers, copieux et surtout très savoureux. La navette qui vous récupère à l'aéroport est également un plus très appréciable.

Lors de notre enregistrement, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas été très aimable, aucun sourire ni aucune explication, c'est dommage pour un premier contact avec les américains ! Heureusement la découverte de notre suite et le personnel du petit déjeuner le lendemain nous a réconcilié !!!
