Booking is a scam with hidden fees and the worst client service ever! Do not do business with. Booking c’est une mauvaise arnaque avec un cauchemar de service à la clientèle qui n’est pas professionnel au moment de reconnaitre qui a fait une erreur. Si busca un servicio serio y honesto, no hacer negocios con Booking.com que es incompetente para solucionar sus propios errores. Definitivamente, no es la mejor elección para reservaciones. My credit card was charged even after I had cancelled a booking only one hour later and because the hotel had not the transportation service the offered in the announce. I have tried several times to complaint against the hotel (Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel) and Booking.Com, but the only answer I get from the hotel General manager is that Booking never informed about the cancellation. I spoke with 10 employees from Booking and they never showed interest solving the problem or accepting my complaint. I cancelled the request in my own Booking account and sending an email to the Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel, but they refused my communication and charge my credit card. Even if I have all the proofs and emails sent to the hotel and Booking, they never solve the refund. I have proofs, I did all wright and I trusted Booking.Com but now I only have disappointing, anxiety and stress during my vacations.

La réservation est une vilaine arnaque avec un service client décevant au moment de reconnaître qu'il a commis une erreur. Si vous recherchez un service sérieux et honnête, ne faites pas affaire avec Booking.com qui est incompétent pour corriger ses propres erreurs. Ce n'est certainement pas le meilleur choix pour les réservations. Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel ne tient pas la promesse d'une annulation anticipée gratuite de la réservation, pire encore, ignore une annulation écrite et facture la carte de crédit et son propre directeur général refuse de restituer l'argent. Le service client s’avère être un hôtel rien fiable et de mauvaise qualité.

Overnight stay...Experience was good

Convenient location and distance from airport. Courteous staff in assisting with getting taxi/uber for next day departure. Quick checkout

From website I was given the impression that shuttle would be available. Upon confirming the booking it was revealed that the shuttle would not be available at that time of arrival. THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING AND SHUTTLE HOURS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARLY STATED UPFRONT!!

Localização. Próximo ao aeroporto.

Chuveiro com água fria. Café da manhã decepcionante. Cheguei e não tinha absolutamente nada disponível para comer (cheguei para o café às 8:30am, sendo que o café vai até 9am). Check in muito demorado.

so yes the only thing I enjoy was my daughter enjoy her waffles and my sleep and my kids sleep but

My daughter likes the waffles and that was pretty much it

I didn’t like the bathroom cause it look old and wasn’t very clean, I had to kill a big roach and I’m sure when the housekeeper cleaned the room she saw the roach because I especially left it by the bed where I killed so they can see it but since I had an 18 hour drive I just wanted to sleep. so yes the only thing I enjoy was my daughter enjoy her waffles and my sleep and my kids sleep but other than that everything else was not good.

My third visit and my go to Miami stopover hotel. I will use it again. Very good value.

The location, the shuttle from the airport, the friendly and helpful front desk staff, in house breakfast especially the waffles. When my plane arrived early morning after an overnight from LA after a 14 hr overseas flight I was able to pay a bit extra and have early checkin (no facilities in either airport). It’s also within walking distance of some eateries.

Not the hotel’s fault but you need to go reasonably early to get the full breakfast offerings. I was surprised at how much food some people took.

I was dissappointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was not clean, the coach in the reception area is very dirty. The elevator was very scary. the phone in the room did not work. The towels and wash rags were threadbare.

The location is very good if you are coming from the airport. The shuttle service is nice.

Hotel razoável próximo ao Aeroporto

O Hotel em si é bom para 1 noite, sendo próximo ao aeroporto. Os quartos são confortáveis, não há nenhum problema com isso. O café da manhã é suficiente, vi comentários negativos nesse sentido, mas estava ok. O local é silencioso e vc consegue descansar bem antes ou depois do seu voo.

Vc não encontrará quase nada próximo ao hotel em distâncias q se possa ir a pé. Apenas uma lanchonete de marca tradicional há uns 10 minutos de caminhada. Outra questão, essa mais importante: eles cobram um depósito de $50 na chegada no seu cartão. Esse depósito " seria " automaticamente devolvido no final, o que não aconteceu. Só acabou sendo devolvido após fazermos queixa ao Booking e ao próprio hotel.

Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Payment Issue. I felt disrespected by the hotel.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite making a booking through Booking.com and receiving confirmation of payment, I was denied check-in upon arrival with my two children and my husband. The hotel staff claimed that the payment hadn't been processed, despite evidence from Booking.com indicating otherwise. Not only did the hotel refuse to accommodate me, but they also falsely reported to Booking.com that I failed to show up for check-in, which is entirely untrue. This level of misinformation and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. Throughout the ordeal, the hotel staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to resolve the issue left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I demand a refund for the prepayment I made through Booking.com, as the hotel failed to fulfill their end of the agreement. It's deeply disappointing to encounter such incompetence and dishonesty from a supposedly reputable establishment. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel due to their subpar service and lack of integrity in handling payment and customer complaints. I demand my money back, and Booking informed me that this is the hotel's responsibility.

Don’t come here

Be careful they got hidden charges .. we got at noon and got charged 35 dollars for early check in and didn’t explain there was such a charge if we took the room at that time .

Bedroom - air conditioning was very noisy; carpeted - non carpeted preferred Bathroom- not the cleanest, hairs visible from previous occupants Reception area- sickly sweet smell ( from cleaning agents?)

Cercanía al aeropuerto con transfer si. Cargo. La cama y la habitación en general son cómodas.

El desayuno muy pobre. La piscina estaba cerrada muy temprano. Y no pudimos utilizarla. Las alfombras necesitan limpiarse.

Da unsere eigentliche Reservierung von einem anderen Hotel spontan storniert wurde, mussten wir sehr spontan ausweichen. Das sleep inn ist es aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen geworden. Die Zimmer sind okay, man darf nichts weltbewegendes erwarten. Das hotel ist recht hellhörig und mufft modrig. Wir waren 2 Nächte hier (und auch nur die Nächte), deshalb war es okay. Für das nötigste reicht es, „wie zu Hause“ feeling bekommt man hier nicht. Vorteil ist der kostenlose Shuttle zu und vom Flughafen. Die Zimmer haben alles was man so braucht. Ein zweites Mal hierher kommen würde ich definitiv nicht. Es ist trotzdem zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen.
