If there was breakfast we missed that, not sure why that’s a question on the survey.
Location was wonderful as we could walk all over downtown and to the wharf and we walked to Tonquin beach.
Unit was very clean and comfy and view was great also.
I would say price is the only downfall of this place. We know Tofino is expensive but we really splurged to stay at Himitswa because of location.

Location is great, spacious room with high ceilings, comfy beds, clean, decorated well, spectacular view, gallery below it is curated with beautiful art.
There was construction going on right outside of our room for 2 days/eves of our 3 night stay. Evidently they were just informed it was going to be happening. During the construction an electrical pole was knocked down so they worked until 10:00 to repair it - was loud. What should have been a peaceful stay, wasn't peaceful when we were in the room. Fortunately we were exploring the surrounding areas much of the time. We thought about asking for a discount or a free night, but didn't. It would have been nice if it would have been offered without us asking. Nobody checked in on us either, or commented, during all of the construction.
If it wasn't for that, all would be perfect. So, cross your fingers for no construction!🙂

Location was great!

This was the most stunning property I have ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room we had faced the ocean and we had a view of the sunset every night that was out of this world. I look forward to returning.

The view was a bit closed off from the balcony being in the side perhaps the plexiglass could be in all sides

The photo of the suite did not match the setting.

amazing setting on the water with stunning views (especially sunset from the balcony), super comfy beds, more space than a typical room with table and kitchen facilities that allowed us to have some simple meals at ‘home’
Kitchen is really tiny, sink in particular hard to manage washing up if you do want to eat in.
no room cleaning during stay due to covid (not a problem really, as the team happily changed towels or topped up supplies when we needed)

very clean, friendly staff, good location

Great place to stay, with an awsome view over the water and the mountains. Great balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a bit small, with minimum equipment to cook. Right in the middle of Tofino. I do recommend this place.
Prices are a bit high, but as everywhere in the region.
There is a smell in the room, probably due to a salmon shop close by. But once you are in the room, you do not notice it anymore.

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Linens felt lovely.
When I booked your hotel I chose it based on a private hot tub. This was very disappointing when we were told they would no longer be available. It was too late to find another location with that service. I felt the price should have reflected this change and it did not. Other hotels are using hot tubs so Covid should no longer be a consideration. This was a huge negative for us.

I loved the suite. It was spacious and had a great layout.
I found the bed to be mildly uncomfortable, but I have a temperpedic mattress at home. You cant please everyone. Pull out couch was not very comfortable either. Music from the bar across the street wasn't amazing into the late hours, but at least it was only Friday night, they have fans in the room, so that made it less noisy. Toddler slept right through it.

The location is great. Easy walking around downtown Tofino - grocery store a block away and lots of food options within a few blocks. The room we had was spacious with a kitchen and wonderful views over the harbourfront which we were able to enjoy while relaxing in the hot tub on our private balcony.

Cathy was welcoming and informative upon check in. Great location and view.
Great place, great owners, sound insulation is lacking though, can hear the next room plain as day.
4.5
The Hot tub experience was not good, as they can charge extra 200 dollars if we do not use the bathtub not as per their guidelines and this can be arbitrarily used against the guests to charge extra money. Our kids have to stay away from it mostly.

The view is amazing and the breeze from the harbour is so refreshing. Very spacious comfortable room. An early check-in was no problem. The hotel stayed in touch by email as my arrival date approached, which made my request for an early check-in possible.
A flight of stairs that required I carry my rather large suitcase, but worth the effort.
