Nice location, we can see the beach from our room. Easy walk to it. Everything is REALLY clean. Rooms are FULLY equipped. Bed is VERY comfortable. Full size stove and fridge. Spa pool and sauna kept in great condition. Every member of staff was very helpful and responsive. A REAL pleasure staying here. Thank you VERY much.

Location. Patio when available.
HAD TO GO TO OFFICE TO OBTAIN CLEAN TOWELS (STAYED 3 NIGHTS).
ENTRANCE REQUIRED CLEANING, LIKE HOSING OFF THE TILES.
PATIO REQUIRED A GOOD CLEANING AS THERE WAS PLENTY OF DIRT AND DUST UNDER THE TABLES AND IN THE CORNERS.
A FEW PLANTERS ON PATIO WOULD OF MADE PLACE MORE APPEALING.
PLACE IS LOOKING A BIT RUN-DOWN.

Thermostat adjustment. Too much fiddling around with it.

Front desk staff was awesome
The room cld have been heated prior to arrival. It was very cold & we cldnt get the heat going,as it kept going to the timer. It's winter, extra blankets should be left in the room & instructions for the heat operation. Hot tub shld be open later than 7pm.

The lovely lady who checked me in was great. She was on her way out for lunch and went back in to check me in.
She also helped me with closing the blinds and even came back later to recommend restaurants.

it’s really waterfront you can see the lake form your room if you are lucky to get a nice room
first thing we booked it because it says they have a steam room and a hot tub. BOTH CLOSED!!!! :( :( but on booking it says it’s open! if I know I would book another hotel. we had the worst room possible, it was clean and inside all was ok, but the window was situated on the side of loud construction located maybe 10 meters from the hotel. so it was noisy and from 7 am we had construction workers just in front our window.

A little pricey for the age and condition of the room, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. All about the location location location though. I'd stay there again.

We liked the kitchenette, the air-conditioning and it was close to the beach and park and it was clean.
The air-conditioning did not work when we got there but the handyman was able to fix it .

The location is excellent with a nice view of the park and Skaha Lake. Very convenient to the beach. The air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable on the hottest heat wave ever recorded in Canada. The room layout was spacious and roomy for two. The fridge and stove were functional.
The kitchen was only minimally stocked but it was functional. There were 2 coffee makers but no blender. The stove was clean but one of the burners didn't work.

No breakfast
Bit of mix up with rate.
It did get cleared up a month later
So satisfied based in the support from the local staff

Location
Bathroom fan was squealing away from a dry bushing the first day and I was able to get a hold of the front desk and the maintenance guy came to take care of a dry bushing which needed lubricating in the fan which I would assume the person who cleans the bathroom would’ve noticed. Room was a bit tight to maneuver around one side of the bed and house cleaning was right next-door the morning of day two and failed to come and replace towels, coffee, empty garbage cans etc. so once again I had to call the front desk. Plug for bath tub missing. Room 121

Awesome location staff were easy to talk to.
As the hotel was not full I was able to stay in a room with a view which was not what booking through hotels gave me. It was the flexibility and friendly staff.
