This is no one's fault, but this buildings interior seems much much older? Other Ramada locations I have experienced seems more modern.

Good value, easy check in & out, comfortable place to stay

Quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, lots of towels, easy check in

Headboards need wiping down & front desk check in wasn’t very friendly or kind but it was quick and I appreciate that when I’m a tired traveler.

We had our dollar value, would book again. Ultimately, good staff in a clean joint are the most important things.

Staff were awesome. Fitness Center was excellent for a hotel facility Rooms fresh and clean

The breakfast spread was ok- good, have had better and worse. Variety covered ‘food groups’, was mostly pre- fab(A new norm) but appetizing - not hugely. Beds are needing to be replaced soon- and not very big. My adult children slept pretty good, even on the pullout bed, but mine was worn and soft.

Heavily disappointing.

The location.

Two main reasons. I booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub. I require a bit bath due to medical conditions to lower pain. The plug didn’t work. But worse was how the staff handled this. Second pain point in room, the windows with a beautiful view had smeared hand marks and face marks all over. Again how this was handled was the main problem. There was only a 49 discount offered off of a $420 room. Plus they were blaming other staff members trying to avoid accountability. Poor customer service.

It was available and close to the highway

TV didn’t work and remotes were dirty. Pillows on the bed were small. Room was dirty and sink was plugged and drained extremely slow. Must have been dog hair in the suite.

It was a good stay

The breakfast was very limited. It would have been nice if they had accomodate vegetarian dishes. Location was right good as it was right on Trans Canada Highway. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Really liked their three bedroom suite for family. I would stay again.

there was only one toaster because of that long line up for breakfast. we booked for 5 people but only 2 queen beds were provided. it should be either 2 king beds or 3 queen beds.

Good for sleeping.. get breakfast elsewhere

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. A frige is a bonus

The breakfast area was dark and really cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No recycling or composting facilities. Everything was plastic or wrapped in plastic. So much waste!

Nice quite an close to ski resort

Hot breakfast. Egg's ok Potatoes not tasty at all. Sausage terrible,, wouldn't feed it to a dog Sysco garbage. Pancakes last year where a lot better option. Better yoghurt would be nice. Drinks coffee, juice's and tea pretty good So is the bread and oatmeal

Very poor

Poor Hotel Service I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed at several Ramada/Wyndham hotels in the past and have always been satisfied with the level of service provided. However, my experience at your hotel was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I felt unwelcomed at your hotel by your night staff, while other local guests were treated gracefully. As a paying customer, I believe that every guest should be treated with the same level of respect and hospitality, regardless of their origin or status. Secondly, we were not provided with enough towels for our group of six staying for two nights. While this may seem like a small issue, it is a basic amenity that should be readily available to all guests. We had to request more towels and were only shown our way to the elevator. This lack of attentiveness on the part of the hotel staff is disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Ramada/Wyndham hotels. As someone who has stayed at several Ramada/Wyndham hotels in the past, I can say that this was our worst experience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to your customer service.
