Proximity to restaurants and to Vanderbilt was good
King size bed hurt my back. It was just not firm enough. Maybe I am spoiled by my Nectar bed.

Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Broadway gut zu erreichen. Leckeres Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel. Frühstück war gut.
Kein Lüfter im Bad. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Parken kostet 25$. Personal sehr wortkarg. Nur Plastikeinweggeschirr beim Frühstück, dadurch sehr viel Müll produziert.
5.0
Location is good , clean room , staff friendly
More stores near :( , restaurants
3.5
Location was good. Not as close to where I wanted to be but it was fine.
Showed its age. Not dirty but could see many areas that were well worn.
Wasn’t happy that the tv remote was missing. Lady at desk said she would have one sent up. Took about 45 minutes and they showed up with another TV when only need remote. No big deal

Breakfast was great but they ran out of fruit a lot. good location for the price.
The breakfast room was quite dirty on the seats and even the wall switch was dirty. They didn't make our beds and we had to ask for clean towels
4.0
Location to Vanderbilt hospital
The fee for parking that is not mentioned during booking.

Location was fine
Building was old and run down, stunk and absolutely was not in no way worth my $600 for 2 nights, did not get value received

Accommodated us for a late checkout, which I was very thankful. The breakfast was okay. Staff was very nice.
Hotel was very unkept and outdated. The pool was green and the room had a pet urine odor that was really strong when you walked in.
3.5
Location was a plus. The staff was very receptive to issues in the room that required some fixing. By the time we returned it was done that same day.
There were areas that could used some updating. The pool was not open during our stay, which was somewhat disappointing but not a deal breaker.
2.5
Breakfast was good
The location was not as close to downtown as I thought
The bathroom was old
The bathroom door made a loud noise when you opened it
The toilet also made noise when you got up
The bathtub was also old looking
The front desk had no information at all about activities in the area
5.0
Wonderful place, I especially like being allowed to have a pet.
The steps outside going to the street sidewalk were a little icy from the snow. But they did their best to keep them clear.

Everything. I already formed a complaint

Breakfast and location only
Musty/mildew room smell, mold in the bathtubs, bad mattress and pillows. Missing shower curtain and nightstand in our first room - had to move. All the rooms smelled terrible

Clean, easy to get to and a few nice restaurants and live music in walking distance
Too far from downtown. No places to walk to and parking was $25/day in an unsecured lot. Pool was closed most of the time we were there, only 1 floor had a working ice machine and the snack room was mostly empty.
5.0
The shower faucet was consistently leaking, more than drop.

Location was ok to reach downtown
Generally felt a bit run down, the shared areas seemed bit dirty, as did the pool. the breakfast was super basic. It was insanely expensive for what you got - $700 for three nights in a twin room.
5.0
Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, room and bathroom was clean and nice. Location was great.
I didn't like the fact the pool was shut down for cleaning. Would have been nice to know before I booked the hotel.

I am still waiting for my credit of one night. Rather disappointed I couldn’t get it faster. The toilet and shower dripped. Kind of expensive for going through renovation.
Didn’t like having to pay for parking. Wasn’t told that when I made reservations
