The location was amazing! It was just a pit stop for us from text on a road trip to visit family in a Ohio, but it was perfectly located in midtown and was in walking distance to so many locations to make our time in Nashville very memorable.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our view of the city was great.
Front desk and Valets were always so kind and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend and return. I will look for Alofts when I travel in the future.
No notes. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Nothing
Everything, tv kept going in and out, hot water didn’t work properly and sink was clogged.

The staff were friendly and very helpful
The valet service was poor and untimely. The rooms weren’t kept up in as far as towels and stuff

They added an extra fee on top of valet parking and the fee on booking said $39 I paid $45 at site, walking back to hotel on broadway at 10:00 and felt very unsafe
2.0 / 5.0
the size of the room.
the bedding was stained. The ceiling was dusty. The shower knob ring broken or required tightening or replace. New bath towels and washcloths are needed for the entire hotel - no need to wash them anymore - but new ones. Bedding could be replace with new. I brought disposable bedding. Customer service needs a little improvement - front desk needs to be more knowledgeable of the surrounding areas of the hotel and more attentive to guest needs. Hotel needs updating. I had a unknown charge on my credit card in a weird amount. Pending outcome of this. The hotel staff is very young, which was okay...but mentorship is needed.

There was NO hot water. Maintenance had to come twice to our room to repair the hot water. Very Inconvenient when you are already standing in the shower, turn it on and it is freezing. You have to get out, call maintennace and wait 30 minutes for hot water. This happened the night we were there and the next day. Plus you have to pay $40 just to park which was not disclosed when booking.
Having hot water and not paying for parking.

Location was great
Rooms were large with comfortable bed
The overnight lady was VERY VERY VERY VERY rude. Myself being in the hospitality industry was very disappointed by the way the lady spoke to guests acting as if we were a huge inconvenience. She was a middle aged white lady over night staff member. She made it to where I will not stay at that hotel ever again

The staff was friendly from the one interaction we had.
The room was okay at first glance. However you could tell the room was not properly cleaned, especially the restroom. There was residue on the bathroom sink. There was hair stuck in the drain. There was hair in the wash cloth. There were crumbs on the table. Also, every time the heat would click on there was a loud clicking noise that would sound. Also, half of the lights didn’t work in the room.

Location was convenient for access to my work location. I missed my flight and the hotel administration allowed me to keep my booking.
Booked a king bed, was given queen bed room.
Could hear bathroom usage of adjacent rooms. Rooms are not noise free. There is no drive way and was a mess with snow in the city, taking a taxi was a challenge. one is required to take stairs to reach the reception

I went to Nashville with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We each separately contacted the hotel asking for the staff's help preparing the room to surprise each other. They kept the secrets from each of us and did a FANTASTIC job. My wife sent a romantic package to set up the room and I had chocolate covered strawberries delivered. They even upgraded our room to a huge suite so it would make our stay memorable. We will never forget the experience and if we are ever to visit Nashville again, we will be staying here for sure. Special thanks to Dominique, John, and Kris(hope it's spelled right). Not only them but the entire staff was awesome!!!
Nothing to dislike!!!

The location is very central to get to downtown Nashville and to the Vanderbilt area where I needed to be.
The staff was not good at communicating with each other, which led to my room not being cleaned for 4 out of the 5 days I was there, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was important for me to be able to come back to a clean and comfortable room since I was there to visit my father who had just had a stroke - it was already a heavy situation, so I just wanted a comfortable place to stay, and this unfortunately did not meet that need.

Some of the breakfast machines were broken (espresso machine coffee was cold) but they had a great selection of food and there is a coffee/donut shop across the street so it worked out. We didn't end up eating at the hotel because the prices for breakfast was. . . A little steep.
The rooftop balcony could have been cleaner.

No hot water the entire stay

Room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff from the front desk , room service and the late night security staff was extremely courteous. Loved the location very close to downtown and plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy parking garage next door. We valet parked and it was super convenient. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews I found regarding poor customer service and safety. I did not find those to be the case for us.
What could be better... The bathroom tiles & shower are ready to be scrubbed down. It was not filthy by any means. Perhaps is time for a regrout or new tiles. Other than that, no complaints.

Shower was cold ever morning. When I requested service they came up and it turned on. The second day they actually insulted me and said I mustn't be using it correctly. I think I know how to turn on hot vs cold water. Something was messed up bc I'd let it run for like 10 mins
