Disappointed I paid for something very different then I received.

I reserved and paid for a king size suite with a pull out couch. I was going to be traveling after work Friday night and knew it would be a late arrival. I called and let them know it would be a late arrival but that we were still coming I was told by the man on the other end of the phone he would make a note on my account. When we received I was told my reservation had been canceled because of the late arrival time and the system ran the audit already. I then had to wait a decent amount of time as I was told it was a new system and they weren't completely familiar with it yet. They found me a room much to my surprise it was a handicap room on the first floor directly account from elevators and fitness room right on the corner. When we entered the room I very quickly noticed it wasent a king bed at all. I did mention this to staff and told them I paid for a king bed and xhoose this location becasuse it had a pool (which was never open or available to guests then entire 3 days we were there). I was told they would speak with a manager and let them know the events that had taken place both prior to my arrival as well as after and get a price adjustment on my room. It's been weeks and I still have not heard from anyone at the hotel nor have I receive any kind of compensation.

My stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast could've been better. The staff was pleasant. The property was clean as well as the room.

This hotel is overpriced and we would not book this hotel again due to the lack of working amenities (toilet, tv), clean

Convenient location

The toilet in our room was clogged when we checked in and the room was not as clean as the majority of hotels where we have stayed. We also had to ask for pillows, sheets, and blankets for the sofa bed even though our reservation included 4 people. The hotel itself was rather dingy and outdated and the tv remote didn’t work. Overall, I would say that this hotel was overpriced for the quality that is offered there.

I would not go back to this place. The cooks and cleaners were the nicest. Can’t say that about anyone else

I just liked that it had a little kitchen

The management that stays on the property. He doesn’t handle anything well and has awful anxiety. He yells during frustration. Poor customer service. All rooms were damaged in some way and he said I could just go somewhere else like I wasn’t welcome there.

We liked the location close to the airport, shopping and restaurants.

We were billed twice for our room. Once by the website and once by the hotel. Not sure what to do about that.

Closed Pool and Lame Breakfast

Nice sized rooms and full kitchen. Ability to open windows and get fresh air. Right next to restaurants and shopping. Easy check out.

Pool and hot tub is closed, never re-opening. Room furniture needs updates and walls are thin. Breakfast was below subpar.

The area the hotel is located was fine

The room didn’t appear to be clean. You could see pieces of plastic and trash on the floor. There was a band side stuck to the couch, when you went to pull the pull out bed. It was a stain on the sheets which was tucked into the bed. It was also a wrapper in the ice bucket. I requested we switch rooms and we were given another room. In that room the door would catch on the bathroom floor making it harder to close and open. It was a stains on the toilet and hair on top of the comforter and on the sheets when you pulled the covers back. It was just our room another guest during breakfast stated he had hair all over his room and bed. While the hotel is non smoking, the hallways smelled like cigarettes smoke. The quality of this place has changed drastically over the years.

The location was the best part of this property

A lot of the things within the room itself were very worn down; stained walls, stained mattress, paint peeling, broken mirror frame.

The room layout was really nice and felt super spacious. The bed was really comfortable! Good central location.
