Cheap for a reason

The nixest thing about this motel was the picture

No windows to open. Air conditioning is a small adjustable vent on the ceiling! Bed is hard and you couldn't get extra pillows. No air flow, was very stuffy. Location was ok, but area seemed very sketchy

The staff were nice. Greetings and smiles at all times.

I was really stunned when I got there and the main door was closed claiming that it's because of covid even though we're in mars 2023. Also the fact that music hasn't stopped till 6 in the morning? I know it's a motel but for 140 dollars a night, there's must be at least some considerations for guests

They had free parking. Room was spacious.

No breakfast. The bed was hard and noisy. I could heard voices from nearby rooms. The floor was noisy too

Great little Motel, nice location, nearby Lac-Leamy Casino!

Great little Motel in Gatineau, walking distance to Lac-Leamy Casino, restaurants, cafés, grocery store, etc. Room was modest but yet very clean. The room was very clean and had everything to make this a pleasant stay!

Only thing missing was maybe a closet with a few hangers.

Perfect place for an inexpensive night to sleep.

For a 2 star motel it was fine. No frills but everything was clean and comfortable. We were only there to sleep as we spent rest of time out with family.

Would have loved a coffee maker in room. The stairs are a little steep and hard to navigate with luggage. No individual air conditioning control in room but it was still comfortable. Towels are kind of small .

They did the bed and cleaned the room every day which was nice to see. Staff was friendly.

Area was not the safest or at least it felt that way, there were some noisy tenants as well, no breakfast though it stated you can buy it for $5 on booking.com. Bathrooms not the cleanest A little too pricey for the services received.

decent room

the owner and his wife actually stole my $100 deposit and when i insisted on it being returned a staff actually called the police with a smile on her face and then lied.i was threatening. the situation was an absolute nightmare and the place is run by thieves who i have heard from others the same type of situation occurred. stay away!!! dangerous!!

Apparently they take any method of payment.

There was a communication barrier (french), lack of cleanliness, tiny rooms and no sound buffers. We could hear everyone walking and mice in the walls. You can’t leave the hotel after midnight and they don’t accept pets btw. We had reserved and paid for a bigger room only to have a tiny room with very outdated furnishings. There was no way to open the window and no thermostat so it was very uncomfortable. The bed was a mattress on a sheet wood platform with very old bedding.

Great for overnight stay

Great place to stay. Room was a little dated but very large, clean and tidy. Good bed and very quiet, so good night sleep. The owner was very nice about the fact that we were running very late in getting there. She was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

L'emplacement.

Check in at 9:00 PM was not allowed due to lack of staff. Not enough warm in the room. Not clean enough (bed, bathroom). No coffee maker.

enjoyed the stay, the room was clean upon arrival.

staff knocking multiple times at my door even when told I would pay the 20$ fee for an extra hour. very rude and unfriendly.
