I loved my stay in this hotel , the staff are nice they offer breakfast and dinner.

The social dinner and the breakfast , the prices are good

The housekeeping is not every day. The location is near to Homeless people , however there was a huge secrity. The hotel did not have stars and I need always to take the left which was annoying because I love the stars.

Convenient, hospital and affordable.

Central location in the city and surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops which made our stay very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Superb

Close to downtown

Too noisy on the air conditioner - seems too old machine. Their staff did mistake to charge us less room price, then called me back to ask for charging the pending balance after we did check-out next day. I still paid for it, but it is a very bad experience from this point.

Seriously injured

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It’s nice that they offered breakfast

My son cut his toe very badly on the edge of the pool. It bled for several hours and I don’t think that chunk of his toe will even grow back normally. Front desk staff helped by getting me gauze and bandaids but they didn’t have any polysporin or disinfectants so I had to go to the sketchy convenience store next door to buy $40 worth of supplies to deal with his injury. I put in a review with the hotel and requested a call but no one has called yet, doesn’t seem like they care very much

We liked the whole setup in the room. Full kitchen was an amazing we didn't expect that. The bathroom is spacious and clean I like that.

Our stay is too short to notice anything.

Breakfast and heated pool Sales administrator sat down with us and was great for information on sites to see.

Extra fee for parking each day.

Great place for a family to stay when visiting Hamilton.

Could not believe how great the breakfast buffet was and then when they had a supper buffet included one night , well that was amazing. The pool was great and the rooms where very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a night out

The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed was the perfect size for my partner and I, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. You can make your own fresh waffles and everything! The staff was also super chill. Overall, it was nice (:

Good elevators.

As a plumbing contractor, I notice the small detail. The screw in the shower faucet is sticking out from the face plate, this will eventually come out farther and the shower handle will not move, also it lets water into the wall. The chrome escutchion on the grab bar in the shower has fallen off the top location and slide to the bottom, leaving the top part sharp and some one may cut themselves on this part. Easy fixes if done now before it gets worse.

I didn’t like that my room didn’t have everything that was stated in the description

Great for a night out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful at this location. Rooms are clean and well kept, with a small kitchenette if you want to make food for longer stays. There is a pool and gym on site, despite the size it can accommodate a quick workout. The parking is secure so your car feels safer.

The hotel and staff are excellent and the thing I did not like is the location around the hotel. This is not the fault of this business so I would not hold it against them.

Great

The staff were incredible. We went for breakfast and it was the first time we have ever stayed somewhere and the buffet staff helped us and were amazing. They even helped our kids make their waffles....we need towels for the pool... They were there immediately with warm towels.

Was good experience

Location of the hotel , overall the hotel and the brand. Breakfast was decent. Could be better . Excellent staff at the reception and breakfast room. Would have mentioned names , but no name batches (IHG)

The queen size room that accommodates 3 people is not spacious accordingly . Amenities in the room not as par with IHG , had to call for as 3 people in the room. The pull out sofa mattress was not sturdy and was very low quality. Mini fridge not available in the room. Deposit $250 at the time of check out is too much as compared to other hotels. Facility of a van to and fro the convention centre should be available FOC .

All in all a great stay. I would definitely book here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the check in was seamless. The rooms are very clean. We booked into a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family. The complimentary buffet breakfast was by far the best we have had at any hotel. Parking was underground and easily accessible to the main lobby. The Hotel was a short walk to the Restaurant and the Venue we were attending, so no need for additional parking. The 12:00 check out allowed us to take our time with breakfast and spend a little more time in the pool with the little one.
