Hampton Inn in West Little Rock was a good choice for my trip.

The rooms have been remodeled since I stayed there last. I really liked the way that the bathrooms had been updated with a shelf above the counter. Also liked the optional housekeeping since I was there 3 nights.

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. It would have helped to have another trash can in the room. Driveway entrance is dark at night and needs a better light on the other side of the sign. Ran out of coffee in breakfast area on Saturday a.m.

We were trying to stay somewhere different than the embassy suites and were very disappointed at the lack of facilities,

There wasn’t much to say about what I liked about the property. My kids did enjoy a quick swim Sunday morning after breakfast and the late checkout at midday. We ended up leaving at 10 though as we were ready to leave.

First of all, you falsely advertise your amenities and the pictures are not the same as the actual hotel. There was no lounge/bar as advertised which was the main reason I booked with the hotel instead of going to the embassy suites. I take my daughter and her friends out every year for a night away to celebrate her birthday and booked the Hampton inn due to the amenities available and was very disappointed that it was so basic. Even more so for paying $188 for the night. There were no vending machines in the building but a little shop by reception and the items were very expensive. In the morning we went down to eat breakfast and were shocked at the lack of seating available and witnessed family’s sitting in the front reception are as-well as having to stand to eat breakfast. Since you advertise “free” continental breakfast at least make it comfortable for guests to be able to eat and enjoy it before they start their day. The “restaurant” area was more like a conference room with mismatched chairs and only 10-12 tables. With guests scrambling for appropriate seating. The room we stayed in was clean, but had a musty smell to it and the usb outlet in our bedroom was broken and didn’t work. In addition to only receiving 3 small towels in the bathroom for a room set up for 6. Overall, a disappointing and unsatisfying stay at your hotel.

My man and I loveeeee this hotel. Our go-to when we need a night alone together. I love how my name pops up on the TV when I first come in! And I personally love the glass door showers.

Didn’t get to stay. Ended up in the ghetto in a roach motel due to all other hotels being booked.

We didn’t get to stay at the property due to Hampton Inn not accepting my type of debit card when I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and never had a problem with them accepting it in the past.

This was not our first time here and it won’t be our last.

The bed and pillows were so comfy which is a big deal as I don’t travel w/o my own pillow ever but sis this time. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The dog barking underneath us. It was constant. I think the owners left him all day. It didn’t bark at night.

We were looking for a clean, updated, convenient place to stay while traveling through Little Rock. This hotel met all those expectations! It’s a very clean and newly remodeled property.

Location was perfect, right across the street from Heart Clinic.

Walked in the door and mud was on the tiles. Carpet was damp and definitely dirty. My baby's socks were filthy. The beds were ok, the pillows are seriously fluffy. Bathroom was sorta clean, the floor had hair and dirt nicely displayed in front of the tub.
