Great hotel

Do wish breakfast started earlier for those who have to leave early but still an exceptional place to stay

The only positive was the AC worked and the bed was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable...AC worked

The room had dirt and dust everywhere. The coffee pot was nasty. Had to clean tables and coffee maker in order to use them. The sofa bed was covered in stains and had a slight smell. Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom had a faucet leaking on top so anything u put on the counter got soaking wet. There was no ice available at any of the ice machines. Extremely hot outside and no ice for our water or sodas. Booked 4 nights but only had to stay 1 as our power was restored at home. We were not offered any refund when they were told this. Will not stay there again.

Another comfortable Mini Vacation in Boone.

It is always an amazing and comfortable stay when I am traveling to Boone, NC . One of my favorite hotels to stay in. The staff is friendly , professional and accommodating if there are problems. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the beds are nice to sleep on.

I enjoyed the room, staff, cleanliness; but the broken pool and tub with no suitable substance to compensate for my 4 ni

clean, and great breakfast, really nice suite.

pool out of order, jacuzzi tub out of order, no handicap king suite with jacuzzi tub.

Reasonably priced and easy access off I 30...Quiet..room was good sized and had fridge with freezer and microwave...breakfast adequate but not many choices for those with food sensitivities.

Pool not open...could use deeper cleaning around vents and shower surround...dirt visible and streaking down shower...rest of facility seemed clean... front desk clerk was not available for over 15 minutes while assisting guest, leaving front lobby vulnerable.

clean and comfortable

The only downside is it being next door to Chick-fil-A. We liked the idea until at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning contractors was busting up the parking lot to redo pipes. They were there until around 9pm. There is a lot of noise from there and the road. Its a very busy area. The hotel itself is great though!

Sent me to room , had person in room. I opened the door and surprise 😮 ☺️ . At least the person was dressed and not busy, lol Computers were down. Evidently, don't keep a paper record as backup. Need some kind of backup.

I didn't realize by booking through this site I would not receive my Holiday Inn points.. you did not give me any better deal than I would have gotten by just walking into Holiday Inn and booking on site. I will NEVER use your sites ever again. What a rip off!!

Good place to stay for an overnight.

Hotel was great for 1 night stay at the start of a 2week road-trip. Good location from interstate. Room was clean and facility was nice.

Definitely recommend.

Great location. Staff was excellent and everyone we came in contact seemed happy to be working there. That sats a lot about management. Kudos to Rachelle who checked us in and provided info on the local area and restaurants.

Had a spa tub that was broken wood hanging off spend money $300 something that I could of got something better than that bathroom tissue holder was broken very disappointing
