Stayed open in the face of Hurricane Milton. Staff very helpful and attentive, good spirit given the stressful situation. Emergency buffets.
Even before the storm hit, our toilet did not flush properly. Also I caught two roaches in the bedroom. The $42/day charge to park our car eas excessive given the local market.

Location is ideal. Ac worked well. No funky smells in the room. Bed was comfortable.
A bit dated and the elevator smelled like urine. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling. But other then that it seemed to be pretty well maintained. Bathrooms a little small.

The staff was very helpful. Love the location of the hotel for things to do, eat and walkability.
For the money for the room it did not meet our expectations. No ice machine on floors and to walk downstairs stairs - phone was not working and bathroom sink was not draining and NO MICROWAVE in room....WHY NOT??? even your crappy hotels have microwaves. For that amount of money you would think the rooms would be a little more posh.

Convince to the conference I attended. Great location
I felt it was overpriced for the quality of the room, no hot water for 1/2 the first morning of our stay.
5.0
Great location and very reasonable

Location was nice
Beds are doubles so super small. But the toilet backed up into the tub. Luckily we were only there for the night and this happened the morning we were checking out. Definitely an older Hilton. Valet was a pain to get the car. Especially at checkout time.

Hotel is old and was not renovated. Front entrance door looks dilapidated and needs paint same as bathroom door. Bathtub is in poor condition. Old over the hotel looks like a 3-star hotel, not your standard Hilton hotel.
Needs some renovval=tion and maintenance. Ot os pver[roced/

Spacious room, comfortable beds
Small bathroom, loud functions, left clothes behind in a drawer that I never had returned to me.
2.5
Staff were very nice and friendly
For the price, I expected better. The room was decent at best. The shower gel dispenser was empty (thankfully, I brought my own), previous repair work done in the room was sloppily finished so it just looked bad. Several rooms had placed trash outside in the hall to be picked up and it literally stayed there for 24 hours.
5.0
Walking distance to all the attractions in downtown
no self parking
2.5
Clean with friendly staff
No full service restaurant.
No in room coffee/tea
The only on site parking is valet which adds $35 to an overnight stay

Filth everywhere in the lobby and pool area. Broken facilities

not much. everything seemed to not work. no cleaning unless requested. valet phone service not working. room service not available. no slippers or robes. it’s like they’ve used Covid as an excuse to strip the hotel of all amenities and brought nothing back. not an experience of a full service hotel.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location...

I was furious... I paid for the breakfast upfront. Told the staff the same thing. They sit us down and give me a $40 bill to pay. This was my worst experience with any Hilton I have ever booked.
We were given a handicap room... the shower was horrible. The breakfast was horrible... The staff in the dining area were terrible and could care less that I told them we had already paid for this. Won't ever do this again with this Hilton.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Asked for a room high up and got 12th floor / great view of the water ( just past the aiport) Front desk staff were all friendly and professional.
Unfortunately - for this price - a lot could have been better. Sadly mostly related to the plumbing !
No hot water for a shower on Saturday evening at 8 PM !! ( REALLY) The front desk said that there was a big wedding party on Saturday night . Is that really a reason? And water pressure in the sink was low - very low. Some days there was little hot water at the sink and some days the cold water was warm.
Construction all over the area - and it is three blocks to the more vibrant part of downtown.
I had read about the long wait for valet parking - so I just used one of the public lots a few blocks away.
I put in a housekeeping request for clean towels at 8:30 AM and didn't get them 4 hours later - called to the front desk - and the head of housekeeping came to my room in 5 minutes and apologized.
