The space and the view
The windows need to be dark . Like blackout windows to sleep better

Great location. Peaceful Bayside area with fishing docks. Beach chairs were available.
Not all bedroom TVs worked. Room not ready on time.

Very clean and comfortable!
Nothing at all, it was perfect.

Nothing much. The pictures are super deceiving. The actual front of the property is nothing like what you see in the pictures.
The bed was super hard. The pull out couch was broken so my daughter had to sleep in the room on the floor. When I went to check in, the clerk was more Interested in her phone than checking me in. The office was supposed to open at 9am but the door was locked at 9:45 when I went to check out.

Very clean and the location. We had a beautiful view from our 3rd floor condo.

Fabulous condo hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. Very peaceful pool on the canal side, we would highly recommend it . Rooms have everything you would need, with parking. We spent a night here to get away from Orlando , and would highly recommend the 2 hour drive down , to experience the real Florida in a perfectly positioned condo hotel ! Just a great place to be .
Only 1 bathroom , but this wouldn’t stop us from going back .

The location is excellent! About a block to beach access across the busy street at a crossing. The picture gives the impression the beach could be right out the door. There’s a Publix grocery 2 blocks away on the same street. Convenient to getting around the area (there’s also a trolley and bus system). We felt safe walking around. Other guests/residents were pleasant. Office staff were friendly and responsive. It’s a motel-type property with walkways in front of units.
The back of the property (the lower portion of the picture) is on the causeway (bay) and quieter than the front. Pool area, patios, grills and eating areas are a great feature which gives that resort feel. We saw a few dolphins one day.
Our back window looked into the bay.
Our unit was clean, updated, with neutral colors and beach decor. The kitchenette was furnished with usable utensils, pots/pans/coffeemaker, dishwasher, etc. They supplied starter packs of coffee.
Overall was a good choice for our first trip to Treasure Island.
There could definitely be more detailed information for late check-ins. Perhaps a map of the property would be useful. We were texted our parking space number and lock box code, with a few additional details. What was missing is that there are parking spots for check-in, close to the functioning elevator and rolling carts to use to move-in. (We discovered this the next day.) The elevator closest to our unit was not functioning, and as were on the 3rd floor we had to move all our luggage etc. up 3 flights of stairs. Not what we expected from a resort.
Our front window looked out to the non-functioning elevator. We wondered if they chose to have it non-functional due to the noise to the guests (the working elevator is in a hallway).
We were able to use the working elevator and carts to move out, the problem was that we had to lift the cart up and down a steep step on the 3rd floor (in the wing we were in) to get to and from the elevator.
Cigarette smoke wafting out of some of the units was not pleasant. It wasn’t clear if this was from residents or other guests.

Friendly people. Great location. The pool is warm. Attentive staff.
Needed a pot holder and a few rubbermaid storage items.

easy walk to restaurants, grocery store ,beach access., free laundry , patio area along coastal waterway. The kitchen was reasonably furnished. The nit smelled musty in am .
the units are individually owned so updating not uniform . in our unit, the couch’s were old, tired, soft and uncomfortable. Ditto the Queen bed in bedroom. Fans noisy and hard to control temperature.

The Gulf was right across the street, Everything is within walking distance, grocery store, nice bars and restaurants, post office is about 1/2 mile.
I loved the area so much I'm in the process of buying a condo in the area.

Incredibly clean--in the day and age where accommodations are struggling with this aspect, Westwinds knocked it out of the park wrt cleanliness.
We had to change rooms because the first one had mold/mildew (I'm sensitive/highly allergic--no one else in my party was bothered). I thought I'd booked the 2bed/2bath unit, but apparently not. Initially we were told there were no other options that had 2 bedrooms that we could move to because of the mold/mildew and that we could have our money back, which I appreciated, but then when I said I didn't really want to do that, as we were staying on property with guests in another unit, they were able to get us moved.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The back area by the pool is really nice, and the road noise from the day quieted down at night, so that was not an issue despite being in the front of the building room. The king mattress was softer than I liked, but the unit was well stocked. Bathroom is a little bit smaller than I'd like, esp. given the spaciousness of the unit overall. Super easy and quick access to the beach.
