Clean room, nice view.
Hot Tub was out of service and was out of service for weeks before we arrived. This was one of the main reasons we booked this spot. (Should have taken a photo of the hot tub with yellow tape around it).
It’s crazy hotels can charge you full price and not have all advertised services available. No prorated refund…nothing. Lawyers need to get a class action lawsuit going.
Should have sent updated messages a week or two before our date so we can get a full refund and book elsewhere.

Located very central to lots of shopping, as well as easy access to the freeways.
I wish it had secured parking lots, I would absolutely pay the money for the extra peace of mind!

It was clean.
Don’t use 3rd party reservation sites. Booking.com asked us if we wanted to upgrade our room a few days before our stay. We decided to upgrade for an additional $27. So we paid to go from a king size bed to 2 double beds. We go to the hotel and they said they didn’t have any doubles available. We asked to get a refund But they refused to reimburse us the $27 that we paid to upgrade. I know it’s only $27 but it’s the principal of it all. Booking.com and hotels need to be better at communicating with EACHOTHER on what’s actually available. Don’t email customers to see if they want to upgrade when the hotel doesn’t even have the upgrade options available. The staff were already having issues with other customers. They were snippy and not welcoming. This review will go no where but thought I would try.

The room was very comfortable and nice.
Because I had not booked directly through Hilton I was told I could not have the points for my Hilton Honors. I was not aware that was something I had to do.

Location
1. Receptionist (ladies) were so unfriendly and unwelcoming like we were causing them inconvenience when trying to check in.
2. Walls were so thin you can hear conversation’s next room.

Was in town to go to a family gathering. I have stayed at this hotel several times. Always very nice, clean and good service. Bonus is the price. Room Service, food was very good and not that pricey.

We stayed in romm 2288. I got lost trying to look for the room for 30 minutes. Your staff that I ran into could not assist. I also ran across 4 different guest throughout the night that also were lost because the rooms are not in sequence. I am so baffled at the ridiculous way the rooms are numbered. It felt like I was in the twilight zone.
I normally stay elsewhere as I am always coming to the Bay Area, once or twice a month but I was referred by my son in law. This was my 1st experience at this particular Doubletree and I really was disappointed as I was late for my event which caused me alot of embarrassed.
I know that I can't be the only one complaining about this issue if I saw 4 other ppl going thru what I went thru, and that was only 1 night.I honestly would like to know why are the rooms numbered the way they are. And the entrances to the building don't have any numbers either
