Pool and hot tub were nasty.
2.8
Nothing
The food was not good at all
2.8
The only think that I like from there was the location and one of the ladies that did the room cleaning
Person in the front wasn't really helpful. They have guests there smoking MARIHUANA in the hallways. Give the complaint in the front and nothing was done other than mop with some kind of perfume like Fabuloso

The hotel and the room was clean!
The breakfast sucked
2.8
The breakfast was not a big selection, all they had was waffles and cereal.

the bed was comfortable
the ac in the room kept making a lot of noise and shutting off. and the hotel smelled

The owner/manager was so nice and friendly the room was nice and comfortable
The man at check in was very rude when I asked why the price was different then seemed aggregated that he had to change our room because it smelled like Marijuana and seemed ad someone was already staying in the room

Location
Bathroom ceiling was falling down in shower. Bathroom sink was cracked. Musty smelling.

location
Everything else, the whole place smelled like cigars. The rooms look like shady motel rooms. The bathroom was nasty, the shower was dirty. I checked in and upon walking into the room I checked out just to find out I could not get a refund even though I did not stay there even 20 mins. This was the worst “hotel” I have stayed in and will never stay again.

The pool was ok and the location was good
The beds were very hard, it was not very clean and the floors in our room on the second floor felt like they could fall in any minute our toilet took forever to fill up so we could flush it again and there were holes in the closet door the hot tub looked very dirty
2.8
The halls and bathoom floors were dirty. The soap dish had old soap residue and there was mildew on counter behind faucet and tub wall. The duvet cover was stained. The hotub water was green and had a very dirty scum ring, so dirty that we passed on using it. On a plus side the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice, and it was fairly quiet.
Not very clean.

Staff were great vary helpful!
Front door does not self open so someone in a wheelchair might not be easy to get in.
Room was advertised with a mini fridge but our room didnt have one, i told the desk and they brought one up. The staff was always great like that.
But the big issue was when we first got in our room it smelled heavily of mold. It was triggering my asthma and my sons. I didnt first notice that the bathroom floor was wet. When i did i just thought it was left accidentally by the cleaning crew. But by the next morning it was clear that there was a leak somewhere underneath the floor. Was not coming from the toilet or tub. I left the dirty towls on the floor and they were soaking wet the next morning. Like the kind of wet if it was dunked in a pool.
I informed the front desk they were vary helpful switched us to a new room no issue. That part was great!
The second room was just fine but the floor strip on the door would come up every time we opened the door. My todder kept trying to steal it. And one of the drawers on the dresser kept falling open on its on. Finally had to tape it shut because it was in the walk way and i kept almost falling or hitting my shins.
The bathroom in the second room was not clean, had to go to Walmart and get some bleach spray so we could take showers. But no mold smell so it was ok. But the bathroom door would not latch so constantly chasing my toddler out of there.
Both rooms had plastic shopping bags over the smoke detectors. I could tell they were on underneath.
The breakfast was horrible. There is a waffle iron that the wallles stuck in. And the were kind of grose we each took one bite and didnt have more. There was biscuits and gravy but the gravy was cold they didnt have the crock pot it was in plugged in. So again grose.
The worse was the bread. All of it was hard and stale like they stocked the case and just left it out on the counter all the time. The only edible thing was the cold cereal.

room was clean
breakfast was horrible and staff was rude

very conveniently located
The hotel was very very run down, we had a 3rd floor room, and you could feel soft spots in the hallway, and the room sloped in towards the middle. I put clothes into the drawers, and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed, due to the sloping of the floors. The toilet paper roll holder was missing, and there was rust in the bathtub and mildew in the caulking behind the sink. The hot tub (the main reason we booked) was DISGUSTING!!! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in, months, the water was a green color, and there was dirt floating along the bubbles, and a mildew or dirt ring coating the sides. Breakfast was not as shown in the photos, the biscuits were cold, the gravy was in a dirty crockpot, and there was not many other warm / hot options.

It was close to several great locations and restaurants.
I requested a different room when we arrived due to a couple issues but the price was reflective of this. Wasn't up to normal expectations due to this.

Nothing, hotel is dated won't be back
Staff don't speak good English hard to understand. Room had a funk to it
2.8
the receptionist was good
the 1st room given to me had broken toilet paper holder, broken shower curtain, a brick came off the bottom of the bathroom wall and so they gave me a 2nd room to move to but the hair dryer and phone were not working and so I had to ask for another room to move to. finally after inspecting 2 more rooms I got to pick 1 room that was decent but it was the 3rd time I had to change my room.
2.8
none
roaches in room, smell was bad, pool was dirty
2.8
location
very noisy, room was too close to the pool

The young man at the check in desk was wondering!
The room was terrible. The curtains were hanging poorly, the bathtub was dirty and had mold around the edge. Very noisy. A lot of noise in the hall way.
