Uncomfortable stay, unpleasant memories

It was comparatively cheaper than other properties in the area, around 30 mins far from Downtown Ottawa and has parking facilities. The grocery stores and restaurants are situated nearby.

The rooms were having bad smell, dirty bedsheets and blankets, burned bedsheets, we were bitten by bedbugs and though it was cheaper than other properties in that area, it was not worth for money.

cheap and quiet Motel. great place to stay and close to ottawa

Quiet hotel in a calm and quiet area. Relatively close to Ottawa and activities in Gatineau, ~30min drive. Was much cheaper than most hotels we saw in area, and since we were going to stay out all day, all we wanted is a good bed to sleep in once we return. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was great I have no complaints. I got what I wanted for the price I paid.

if they can clean the fridge in the room. Otherwise, the was very nice, the bathroom very clean: 100%

The motel match the price

I got what I paid for.

I was going cheap so when I got there and one of the blankets was dirty and the room had a light scent of cigarettes smoke. One of the guest was drunk and in the hallway making a bunch of noise all hours of the night. I found it fair to the cheap price I paid to stay there.

My stay was very bad the worst experience ever not clean at all very disappointing

I don’t like anything at all definitely not coming back the room is not clean the bed is all heat and there’s bed bugs absolutely disgusting shower was not clean I didn’t like anything at the hotel the room the bed and the bathroom everything was dirty and disgusting worst stay of my whole life never renting there again

A two-star hotel with comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom. Pack an extra blanket just in case

The bathroom was clean. There was a microwave at the end of the hall for use by the guests. The room was low priced. We expected rugged conditions and brought along an extension cord and extra blanket - both were helpful.

The room carpet was old and dirty and needs to be changed as this would make the room smell more pleasant. There needs to be a mat at the entrance to the outside door to the guest room. One of the reading lamps was burnt out and we took it to the desk lady but she couldn't give us a replacement.

It was adequate.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient.

I booked online and got a confirmation number but when I got there the girl at the desk needed the company that I had booked with and at no time whatsoever was I told what company I was booking with. She couldn't even tell from my confirmation number and I had to use my phone logs to call the booking company back. Then in the meantime the desk person found my reservation somehow. So there's a weak spot in the booking process somewhere.

Not much. It was bad.

They didn't reserve us a second room that we booked! We left town the next day because they violated their agreement with us. My card is showing a pending payment for both nights when we only got 1 room for 1 night! Unbelievable...
