Wonderful stay in a beautiful city

The hotels was very clean. Room was a nice size. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very clean feeling. Breakfast was incredible and service was fantastic

領収書に総費用が記載されていない。電話で問い合わせても対応してくれない。会社名を領収書に記載するようにチェックインの際に伝えたが、この点も対推してくれていない。チェックアウト時にもネット環境が悪いと言って領収書の印刷物の確認もできなかった。このままだと精算できないので非常に困る

What a wonderful facility!

Everything about the facility was above board. Except for...

It was sold out for my last two nights in town and so I'm staying at the Hampton Inn down the street now. No comparison.

Everything about this Hotel was great. The staff was super nice, as well as the room and all accommodations. The breakfast was also excellent. Definitely a great place to stay at while in Salt Lake City. We were extremely pleased. Thanks you!

Excellant and looking forward to my next stay

Everything was excellent. Great breakfast for the price.very nice and clean room with deluxe beds.will definately make this first choice when I stay in downtown slc.Looking forward to staying again.staff was excellent too.

Great location Rooms very spacious Close to restaurants and easy walk to middle city

Disappointed breakfast was not included. Have had 10 weeks in USA and it was the only Hilton that didn't include breakfast.

we will definitely be staying at this property again. we will be going to salt lake for periodic medical visits and this

we were there for an emergency which was very unexpected and were able to book a room immediately. I had to get some very important paperwork printed and signed and the staff made sure I knew everything about the business center to do so.

The room did the purpose and the staff was helpful.

When turning in the key no one was at the desk. Unsure if they received it. Was unhappy couldn't get anything on the TV .

Just about everything about our stay was a great and we will be staying here again in the future.

loved the 24/7 hot tub!

The woman that served us breakfast was not friendly at all. Our group was nice, polite and good to her, but her manners weren’t there. She forgot one of our plates, she rolled her eyes at us when we told her a meal was missing and she barely talked to us. She was very rude and shouldn’t be in customer service dealing with the guests.

Nicely heated indoor pool and hot tub.

Asked twice for more k-pods for in room coffee maker with no result. Front desk staff finally got some on 3rd request. Lot's of construction around area.

It was clean and smelled awesome. Room was spacious and comfortable.
