The staff was excellent, very well behaved and the best part was their parking was free and very easy to get to the parking lot.
Two things I did not like. The first one is the location, it was too far from the attractions and also from the downtown. Next one was the in-room electric ports to connect laptop or charging cables.
4.1
Customer service was exceptional and rooms were big.
It would have been nice to have other restaurant options.
4.1
Staff, facilities, pools, location.
Nothing really.
4.1
The bed was very comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was nice.
There were a few weird things that made the stay uncomfortable. There wasn't a plug/outlet next to one side of the bed, so I had to leave my phone to charge on the opposite side of the room. The view was horrible - it was a very unattractive view of the roof of a section of the hotel right outside of our window, and there were actually workers on the roof right outside of our window in the morning. That made for an unpleasant surprise when we opened the curtains. Also, the cleaners tried to come into our room before 9am. It felt like we were given the worst room in the hotel for some reason.

The pool and hot tub were great, they also had a pool table and games outside to play.
The pool bar was never opened

Resort type style
Food took awhile and wasn’t the greatest. Also the cost per room was a little much

In town for a concert. Location was great, staff was friendly, resort was comfortable. Loved the fresh flavored waters and cookies 🍪
The pool staff got overwhelmed with all the business but they did a good job and drinks/food were delicious

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. A clean, comfortable, spacious room. The bar & grill restaurant had very good food and friendly waitstaff.
The main restaurant was closed for lunch - we would have liked to have had that option. (The menu looked great!)

it’s clean and the staff are very friendly
it’s tired and the beds are old and not very comfortable

We were there for a banquet event. It was a very easy and comfortable experience. Our room was very reasonably priced and the hotel atmosphere was classy without being pretentious.
We had a bad breakfast experience at Meritage. I'd stay away from the breakfast buffet. Has a few small issues with the room, but overall was a good experience.

The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was everything I needed.
No room service.

Very nice room, nice bed. Very nice space and view
The shower is still in the bath, very old fashion. Bathroom with shower in the bad is really not of this time anymore. I had the suite. Here you would expect some more from.
4.1
Bar food was pricey and disjointed.

Location was great.
A very dated property. They keep the outside looking great, because this property have weddings every weekend. However, the rooms are extremely dated, and not the cleanest.

staff was uneducated, lowest level, black over baked pizza gives cancer, do not understand, can I help you when you go to restroom during breakfast, come back and again what is your room number, the building and garden swimming pool is perfect so the standard of the hotel you cannot find back in the employees.

very family friendly. located near relatives, so perfect for us but pretty far out from Boulder proper.
pool scene was kind of gross - people eating pizza on the edge of the pool while standing in it. lots of single use plastic at the pool

pool, massage at the spa, nachos at the bar, drinks at the pool bar (Connor was an awesome bartender and made our drinks like a professional!)
in room 818 the bathroom toilet in our room made a noise every 20ish minutes like the water was running, but it flushed fine. could also hear the hotel elevator during sleep.
4.1
Nice pool area and convenient location.
Had to change rooms three times on arrival at midnight as original rooms weren't clean. There wasn't enough staff serving at breakfast leading to unacceptable wait times just to be seated in a near empty restaurant. At the tail end of my stay the hotel was hosting a smoking conference which made using the the outside areas very unpleasant due to the number of smokers and being constantly subjected to second hand smoke. Not the best stay that I've experience at this property and hope that it is one off.
4.1
room was clean, the whole hotel was beautifully decorated, lots of parking, great pool options, very large so even for a big conference it didn't feel overcrowded. They serve fresh fruit-infused water and cookies in the lobby.
this was the first year we decided to stay at this hotel after a few years of attending the conference held there. We were so disappointed, the walls felt paper thin and we could hear everything but the main issue was the food. We have come here for a few different things (work Christmas party etc) and the food had always been delicious, this year the breakfast offered by the hotel was a buffet at a whopping $30pp, which wouldn't have stung so much if the food was even passable. There was either nothing because they weren't refilling the empty trays or it was not even cooked but cremated. Everything soft was hard and everything that should've been crispy was soggy and inedible. I would've sent it back at a waffle house The food provided at every point over the weekend was absolutely shocking and HUGELY overpriced. One trip to the bar for a jack daniels, bud light and a coke set me back $40, and one to the coffee shop for two cokes and a croissant (only purchased to have SOMETHING to eat after the horrendous breakfast, was $23!). The burger I ordered poolside after the burgers provided for the conference was bone dry, black and in a bread bun that tasted like even a mild-manered Abe Lincoln would have sent it back and slapped the chef for serving stale bread (which I gave a pass for because you know.....conference food), was nearly as bad, the only thing it had going for it, was at least THIS one was warm. The staff was hit and miss. There was a redheaded young lady working the weekend (sorry I can't remember your name), who was amazing, she went above and beyond at every chance she got, others were poor which is generous.
Also, be aware of some pretty gross price gauging. We all know that prices fluctuate, but we paid $437 for this room months before the event, only to find out that they had free rooms that night for $229.
