Breakfast was ok

Hotel under construction. Room was not a full wheelchair accessible. Was told it was. Room has not been deep cleaned since remodel. Window didn't shut right till my husband slammed it shut. Bed was uncomfortable. Worst of all the TV did not work the whole stay. First night the gal was by herself. We left a message again at the desk when we left the second day. We were gone all say-- when we returned it still wasn't fixed. No maid service the day we were gone all day. We have never been so disappointed. We have stayed here before with no problem. We will not return

One for the record books.

It was spacious and clean. We were placed near the pool! The bed was comfy and the shower was great!

Our room was stuffy and hot. I opened the window thinking that would help. Even though the weather was cool and gloomy, the room remained pretty warm at night. Also, there was no side entrance to our floor. We had to go through the lobby, after exiting from the side door because there was no way to get back in.

We had our granddaughter with us who is 14 and the room was small and had no microwave to warm up food we bought downstairs.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay EVER.

The staff was rude and incompetent, they ran out of breakfast multiple days, the hotel smelled and was dirty, there was such a lack of customer service, we had issues with our TV and air unit, our card was charged the wrong amount-TWICE, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it. We will never stay at a spring hill suites or recommend them to anyone, ever again.

Close to highways and convenience.

Cleanliness of hotel. Dog poop in corner, shower dirty, coke/soda sprayed onto wall. Bed must have had a fat person live there for a month the way we both rolled to the center.

It felt safe, and clean. All basic needs met for a short term stay.

The information listed on booking.com and their website is inaccurate. You have to be over 21 to book, there is a $150 security deposit, pool closes at 10 not 11, and there is a daily $12 parking fee to park in their parking lot.

All in all I give it a 5/10 friendly staff, overly priced, there were extra charges added on the bill I wasn’t aware

The staff was very friendly

We stayed 3 nights the first we were places in a room next to the elevator in which we were unable to sleep the whole night. They were able to accommodate and move us rooms the next 2 nights which was okay. We did end up finding out someone overdosed on fentanyl and died on the 5th floor which we were staying on the 6th. Thank god it was our last night. I wasn’t sure how to feel about the whole situation so I didn’t sleep at all.

The facilities was worn. There were stains on the carpet, the headboard was not cleaned, there was hair around the sink area, and extremely heavy smoke smell in the room.

Good value with big rooms.

Good location with easy access to Downtown Denver. The room was a good size, beds comfortable, and a decent work area. Small microwave and fridge with sink. Bathroom was fine with decent towels. I feel that overall, although very comfortable, the hotel is a little dated and there were no outlets by the beds which was inconvenient. Good breakfast with hot options (eggs, sausage, waffles) and also cereal, toast, muffins, etc. The laundry room was useful and cost $2 for a wash and $2 to dry. The staff were extremely helpful and upgraded us to a mountain view at no extra charge.

Could use outlets by the beds. Rooms are dated.

Great hotel

What's not to like? The staff were amazing , helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular. We loved the hiking trail behind the hotel. This was my 2nd stay here and I will stay here again if I get back there.

The only down thing was the thermostat was not working properly, but it was fine while we slept. We were off on our family adventures so that was not really a concern and the mini fridges didn't seems to keep things as cd as maybe they could or should.

scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way and I felt sorry for the people eating them oatmeal was instant packages The front desk help very unprofessional I told her I didnt have any cold water in my sink that it was turned off and I was afraid to turn it back on and she said to the other desk clerk oh Im going to have his head. She also parked parallel to the curb out in front too lazy to park in a parking space.

The rooms were not clean. We had to switch rooms after checking in and our second room was decent, but the shower curtain had stains on it… GROSS.
