Great stay, just uncomfy pillows!

Location, close to shopping & food. Freeway is nearby.

Pillows in our room were all down feather & way too soft for our liking. Didn’t sleep as good as I have in my prior stays there.

Great location for out of town visitors to enjoy everything Albuquerque has to offer.

Proximity to various tourist spots and shopping venues. Various facilities on offer such as gym, swimming pool, business space, etc. The property was also fairly safe, requiring card access to go to any floor excluding the lobby.

Lack of continental breakfast from what the reception desk told us. Lack of smaller fitted sheets for the available crib that can be given to guests, the wider sheets provided were a possible hazard to our little one.

Good road-trip stop

Good hotel for stopping during road trip. Ample parking and located near a few restaurants. Staff was helpful and hotel accepts dogs. Excellent water pressure in shower and the hotel has transitioned away from single use toiletries.

Bathroom could use some updating.

The staff was real nice, front desk and bar tender was nice, real interesting looking.

Wasn't as spotless as I thought it would be up in room. AC wasn't as cool as I had wanted it to be. I was hot most of night.

Bogus "pending" charge to my credit card is unresolved ( not removed.)

A bogus "pending" charge appeared on my credit card after I checked out. I checked out in person and was told my bill was complete and paid. Two calls to the accounting office have received no response so far.

Sorry to say I won’t be staying here again.

It has everything you could need as far as amenities and the gym was great! Unfortunately the pool was under construction during our stay.

I NEVER write bad reviews but I have to say our stay here was not awesome. Our room was SO beyond gross. The carpet had huge stains everywhere. There were bloody hand and finger smears going down the wall near the window. One of our beds had not been changed clearly… like it was SO disgusting!! We called to ask for the bed to be changed and the cleaning gals just left the sheets on the counter for us to do it ourselves which is ok but was a little inconsiderate. We had other family members staying in other rooms that were really nice. Not sure why we were given the “murder” room when clearly they had way nice spaces. I know this hotel allows dogs, which is AWESOME but maybe don’t put people that don’t have a dog with them in a room that clearly would be more suited for that situation.

Weekend getaway

The bar and the food was excellent. Hospitality was great as well.

The bed was stiff like sleeping on a box spring without a mattress. The pool was cold. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I didn’t receive any coupons for breakfast.

2 big issues. The room heating/cooling unit was noisy. On and off all night. The bathroom floor needed a serious cleaning and the carpet had numerous obvious stains. I expected more for the price I paid.
