Uhhh.......It was good that you locked the doors at night.
I'm pretty sure at one point there was a dead body at this hotel.

It’s was clean and the value was good.
The area surrounding the property wasn’t the nicest.

Everything was exceptional. I requested extra towels & they were delivered to my room within 15 mins. I have no complaints with this facility.
No complaints to date.

Nicely renovated room, large bathroom. Solid surface flooring throughout the unit (no nasty carpet), very clean. The towels were thin, the breakfast is quite basic. Very good value

It was clean and they had a free breakfast, which was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, variety of fruits, pastries and drinks. The room had nice furniture; desk, chair, armoire, refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave and a comfy leisure chair. The property also had a comfy lobby area and a washer/dryer laundry area. They had a very nice pool area also. Staff were very nice and accommodating.
Do not use booking.com to reserve a room. The hotel reservation doesn’t work in their system. We got there and no record, although I paid through Booking. The hotel said I was the 4th person that happened to that day and as I was trying to check in, a guest behind me had the same thing happen. The hotel was able to provide a room and Booking gave me my full refund, but it was exhausting after driving all day. It was very noisy from traffic, a large dog was barking outside of the property and when someone walked on the floor above, the ceiling squeaked terribly. The room was small for two beds and the bathroom was really small.

nothing
Extremely rude staff, especially the manager Therese. Very unsafe, bars around property, right next to overpass where people hung out.

my family and I pulled off of the freeway after traveling for 10 hours in the car to find a bunch of homeless people around the hotel and some of them doing drugs. we refused to take our children out of the car. we did not stay here and we’re still charged for our stay!

i like the bed, blankets & pillows... quick check in, breakfast times, clean lobby, room, and breakfast area- overall was good.
the location was a twist at first, breakfast was kind of luke warmish(but you have microwave👍), the spa was closed for the year.

Excelent service. Thank you very much

The hotel looks fairly new and had great employees. Rico was especially helpful and walked me to my room to show me where I could enter from parking outside. I appreciated this so much since I am not fully mobile and use a cane and had a small pup with me. Parking was right outside my door and made it easy to go in and out from the car. Maybe it was because I was so tired from driving, but the bed was heavenly.
The only downside is that after my daughter booked the room-traveling with a pet, there was a $25 pet fee added on. I don't mind the fee, but would have appreciated knowing at booking, rather than when I checked the reservation I had gotten in email. It turned out to be a fairly pricey room for the short time I needed it but I will stay there again if I stay overnight in Albuquerque.

clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast, good location during our travels.
we were on the freeway side. it was very noisy.

Very nice staff
Horrible location in a scary isolated area with homeless people all around. It is right off the 40 freeway but the industrial area it was in was not ideal. There were signs in the rooms about people stealing everything so there is a room charge if anything is missing which was very telling!
