Very poor experience.

Mold in shower, no towels, only 1 pillow for 2 beds Also, we were on the 3rd floor, and the window opened from the bottom, with no screen. It opened way too farand anyone could easily fall out.

okay for a quick weekend stay

Location was good and staff were friendly and helpful

The furniture needs upgrading including some of the breakfast equipment (tea and juice machine). Only saw one cleaning staff on my floor

We stayed one night as a stop over. Would not consider it for any longer.

Breakfast....bed was comfortable...close to resturants...easy access from highway

Room was dated...bottom of mirror in room was ripped off...on third floor, room with ice and vending machines unmarked and door was closed. Employee found it. That area was literally FILTHY.

Not sure we'd book here again

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good

The property needs some TLC and updating and some repairs. Some of the staff was friendly, however, I booked a handicapped room in advance and upon arrival, they said they had none and would not have one until possibly the 4th & last night of our stay. My mother is in a wheelchair and the last time we stayed there, we had no issues. I had to go buy a raised toilet seat for the first room for her to use. The staff member who checked us in was non-helpful and dismissive of the issue. I did speak to someone on Saturday however and we were able to move that day but took me 1/2 day to pack everything up, move out of one room and back into another, which then had no shower curtain in the roll-in shower, but we didn't want to complain again and make them think we were problems. I had booked a 2nd King room for my friend for 2 nights and she was given a double, but, again, we didn't want to complain.

Not my cup of tea

Location

The bed was horrible. The sheets were wrinkled. The pillows was uncomfortable. The key did not work. Had to go to the front desk and have it reactivated. I had to put plastic on my bed, before lying down . Didn't trust the cleanliness of the bed.

The receptionist when we got there was unfriendly and our first room giving to us was not clean, the bed was not made. the next room was not clean and the walls needed a paint job.

Do not stay here.

Not one thing. Will never go back.

Front desk person rude. Gave us a room that had not been cleaned after previous guest. Continued to ask the same question after I told her our room had not been cleaned. "What is wrong with it?"

We were disappointed.

Not much, the people were ok.

The door to our room was open when we arrived, which was very concerning. The beds were not completely made. The breakfast in the morning was fair at best, how can you have no milk?

The breakfast.

Our TV didn't work, they didn't have the room I prepaid for. The pool wasn't open, under renovation. The vending machine was out of every kind of soda or drink of any kind.

I didn't get to stay, at check in i was with 4 other people waiting to check in, they had no idea if there was a room avaible wether a room was clean, told me that i would have an hour wait with no grantee of room so i asked to cancel booking. I have applied for a refund which is pending

Avoid this property.

The front desk staff actually warned us about breakfast during check in he said I would be careful it smells funny . We checked it out and the employee was taking the waffle mix away because they had no syrup. How about sending a staff person to get some. It was very poor.

As you can see our experience was not very good. Upon check out I told the woman what we experienced and she apologized and stated we don’t know these things until someone tells us. That is the problem no one is pro active staff are poorly trained and the last thing we need was a canned answer from a front desk staff person that could care less.

VERY unclean! bathtub was disgusting and I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower. Toilet ran LOUD all night long. room was painted over so many times. chips in paint. very unappealing. crumbs all inside the refrigerator. staff unfriendly.

Horrible

We were not there long. enough to like anything

The room was absolutely filthy! The floor has food and crumbs and old dried up noodles all over the place. The sheets had hair and black stuff on them. They were wrinkled like they had not been changed. The tub has hair and dirt all in it. The staff didn’t seem to be concerned. We requested a new room of which they said they didn’t have so we checked out. We were there for under an hour.

Dirty, gross and won't be back.

It was 5 minutes from the airport

It was dirty and gross. Gave us wrong room to start with. Switched rooms into a dirty room, that had no towels with items still hanging in closet that wasn't ours. There was no TV remote that worked. Our door didn't open properly into our room. The whole hotel smelled like pot including lobby. Will never be back to this hotel.

Disappointing

I liked that the staff responded when I complained about the noisiness and lack of cleanliness of the room by moving me to another room.

First room had loud, regular (every thirty seconds) noise such as a compressor and had not been completely vacuumed. Place is pretty dingy, rundown. I paid what I would ordinarily pay for Hampton or Drury. Very disappointing. But staff were very responsive to complaints.

Stay was ok since I was not in the room with the exception for sleeping.

Beds were comfortable and clean.

Room furniture and walls were rather beaten up with deep scratches. Carpeting needed cleaning. Everything looked very dated and well-used. Plus someone previously covered the smoke alarm with a rubber band towel. I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this is the very first time that I was disappointed.
